No soap in the bathroom bottle. Dirty soap bottle holder in shower. Almost finished toilet paper roll upon arrival. Dirty carpet. Cannot close the windows properly with a lock (another room shown to me as alternative had same issue). Internet expires after 4G and takes forever to reload. No lift therefore very hard to deal with heavy luggage in steep and narrow stairs. Limited breakfast options with boiled egg being the only “hot” dish. Very dirty kettle.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the subway station, just a few minutes walk. The room facilities are good, the breakfast is rich, in the Kensington area of London, it is also good value for money

We arrived on Saturday to find that the hotel was closed for refurbishment. We had booked this hotel months in advance as we were going to Hyde Park to see Take That. We luckily were able to find another hotel that had rooms available. We had not been advised that the hotel was closed, they had taken payment and asked us to check in prior to arrival. There was a number on the door to call however the person at the other end said that there was nothing they could do.

We booked early to be prepared as we have tickets to Bst. The hotel cancelled our booking four days before travel with no explanation and to top it off the refund takes 5 to 7 days! Left us in a pickle finding other accommodation at such short notice and at a very busy time in London!

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. We were warmly welcomed by Naeem who already could tell us that our room was ready and we could check-in which we were very happy to hear. We were happy that we got a room on 1st floor as I also asked for before arrving, and it was close to the elevator. All the staff members were so nice, servicemided and took their time to help us with our questions. The room has the most important things you need and the beds were comfortable. We really liked the location! You can find a lot of shops and restaurants nearby, and the underground station is just 5 minutes away which we used a lot. You can also find a bus station just in front of the hotel where you can take different lines. It was a perfect stay for a week and we will definetly come back again next time we are in London.

Very good location. Personal is really kind and helpful. Room was tidy and clean., so was the bathroom. A small issue with the sink in the bathroom was solved in a couple of minutes. A comfy stay!!!

This place was so much more than I expected! The room was perfect for a small family. And the location was superb, a five minute walk from the underground, lots of options for food nearby, even a playground just a few minutes walk away for our 5 year old. The staff was excellent and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was fine. Breakfast was nice. Personell very helpful and especially, Aranit. The spot is very convenient. Easilly accessible through buses and metro.Clean, quite and rather pleasant. Thank you very much!

We stayed at the hotel for two nights to visit two Premier League matches. Unfortunately we could not check in early to freshen up after our flight, but the personel was friendly enough to provide us with an additional duvet. We stayed in a hotelroom for three, with a single and double (very small) bed. The rooms are ok, although the bed was way to small for two adult men. The bathroom was clean (enough) but had a “underground-“ kind of smell. The breakfast was good, although I was looking forward to bacon and scrambled eggs, which wasn’t provided. The toasts, spreads, fruit and drinks were fine tho. Location of the hotel is great, with shops and underground stations nearby.
