Absolutely lovely 5 star hotel in London! This hotel has it ALL! The beautiful decor is absolutely stunning!! Can’t say enough about the decor….it was even better than the photographs on the website. The entire hotel smells divine! The rooms are very comfortable and the staff was very attentive. Lovely breakfast and nice bar area. If you’re looking for a boutique hotel that doesn’t feel too big or too small, book this hotel! It’s absolutely perfect in every way! I will be back!!!

Great hotel. , stylish and comfortable. Good food options and nice service. Room service was tasty too! I’ll come back for sure and recommend my friends. It is expensive but I would say worth it as the service is friendly and kind and nice facilities

Our family travels quite a bit, and the Ham Yard hotel turned out to be one of our favorites. The location could not be beat, easy walks to pubs, shopping and restaurants. The staff was beyond accommodating only to be topped by the design of the hotel and the hotel bar. We will most definitely be back.

The Hamyard was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. The decor is fabulous (kit Kemp is the designer). Each room is decorated differently. The lobby was quite attractive with beautiful flowers. I stayed in a deluxe junior suite (305) and it was quite large with plenty of storage - view wasn't great but that was no big deal . The location was wonderful - minutes from Picadilly subway so we were able to walk in many directions. As important though as the physical side of the hotel was, the staff couldn't be nicer. They knew my name almost immediately. The concierge helped to assist with directions and a couple of reservations, the bellman was great as was sthe doorman. We had breakfast each morning (which was included) and it was plentiful. I liked the hotel so much that I will be returning in August for a few days.

We were shown to our roomy, comfortable table in a busy nicely furnished dining room. We chose from an interesting menu whist I sipped a nice glass of champagne and my daughter a Lone Star cocktail. To start I had the ox cheek croquettes on a bed of whipped horseradish which was delicious whilst my daughter went for scallop which she enjoyed, we shared the Monkfish Wellington which was perfectly cooked and excellent, washed down with a carafe of Alberinio

This is one of my favourite places to bridge a bit of time with a cocktail or a cup of tea. I never book and I always get seated as a walk in. This time it had to be outside which was lovely and the whole place was busy. The last couple of visits has had slow bill service, last time we missed our train and this time it was 45minutes plus defensiveness from the staff for asking again.

We had a family high tea booked and was not disappointing at all The welcome was fabulous and we sat in the conservatory which was great for the six of us to relax and have our high tea. The food was absolutely fabulous and tasty .They managed to even look after the gluten and dairy free people of our party very well. Will certainly be back next time in London .

Loved the room design and ground floor spaces. Had a great few hours in the bar, the staff were great, breakfast also good. Staff were friendly and gave us good advice of what to do for dinner. Would recommend as the location was also superb. Enjoy

We stayed 4 days in this amazing hotel and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The design, service and location can’t be beat. Starchy sheets, comfy beds, whimsy everywhere and all of the coziness you could imagine at your modern upscale English cousins place. Breakfast, which was included in our rate is excellent and you can order whatever you want from the menu. Afternoon tea in the skylight room was perfect. Drinks at night in the bar were excellent. We also booked bowling downstairs. We also wanted to see ABBA Voyage and had an issue with Ticketmaster delivering the tickets (as we have a US account) and Sandro who runs the concierge department went above and beyond taking care of us and securing dance box tickets and also escorted us to the venue!!!! That is service. What an amazing person to have as part of the team. All round we loved this hotel and our experience was the best. We will definitely be back. Make sure to spend time just hanging out and ordering tea in the library and imagine it is your country estate!!!
