Excellent location, few minutes walk to Piccadilly Circus and National Gallery among other attractions. Staffs are friendly. Although the room is small, it’s clean and functional for a solo traveler.

Front desk receptionist Augustine was a little bit rude. Amenities were fine. Beds not too comfortable. WiFi not too fast. Location was perfect to see west end shows! Probably won’t book again as it wasn’t value for money.

I really like the location.
Piccadilly Station, 5 minutes from Trafalgar
London Eye, Big Ben bus stop 3 stops away
It was in the middle of nowhere so it was very easy to move around.
The staff were so friendly too!
There were reviews saying the room was small, but for me, it was just enough for two people to spread out their suitcases!
