Worst apartment I've ever been to. It was just filthy and very poorly maintained throughout. The carpets were heavily stained with dark marks all around, the walls were all dirty, stained and with liquid spillage not cleaned, the skirts were cracked and detached from the wall, the shower water sealant was missing between the floor and wall, the kitchen cabinet doors were cracked, the sinks were poured in limescale, the furniture was dented, the toilet seats had black spots on it. Just disgusting. I got there and left immediately.

Great apartment, was exactly as the video showed that we were sent a week prior to our stay with the details of the apartment number. We paid for an extra night prior to have early check in at 7am which was fabulous after a 17.5hr flight from Australia. The Vauxhall tube station was 100m away and a Pret was onsite with easy breakfasts/coffees/food. Loved the view from the floor to ceiling windows of the Thames.

Wonderful location, close to the underground. Tesco convenience store on property. Unit was clean and beautiful, well stocked with a view of the Thames. Easy access to Uber ferry, too. Great staff and clear instructions. Would stay again!

The apartment is spacious, bright and well furnished.
Few dishes and cutlery, even for two people, and the large dishwasher, which unfortunately had to be washed first.
Unfortunately, the same goes for the baking trays. This makes the high-quality kitchen lose a little of its impact.
Bathroom ventilation is catastrophically loud and ineffective.
Perfectly located near Vauxhall station (train, tube and buses).
Tesco Express on the ground floor and two other shops at the bus station.
With more care, an excellent apartment.

Fantastic location and beautiful views. Not cleaned to most standard of places ive stayed and various elements need a refurb but overall very happy with my relaxing stay.

Communication with the team was excellent from booking to post departure - property was exactly what we needed, 2 adults and 2 young children (7&4) - property is a very short walk from Vauxhall over & underground from which the city is easily accessible. Tesco express closeby too for a wee coffee fix early doors too and any other goods you may need - in summary - would I book again? Yes, without doubt!
