Opposite the room is a park with a great view
Cedric Grolet is a very famous dessert, the desserts are delicious, but a bit sweet

Amazing hotel in a great location, the staff are are all so professional and welcoming. We ate breakfast in the Emory their sister hotel next door which was exceptional, and also enjoyed amazing room service, and drinks at the roof top bar. Highly Recommend

We stayed recently to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had the most incredible time. I have been to numerous 5 star hotels in London, but the Berkeley is in a class of its own. This is next level luxury and service, starting with a very warm welcome on check in. Every member of staff we encountered was incredible. The entire hotel is immaculate yet relaxed, with stunning design-led spaces and architectural delights. The food and beverage offerings are impeccable, especially the patisserie at Cedric Grolet. Our room was gorgeous and newly renovated, overlooking Hyde Park, with delicious treats waiting for us on arrival. The swimming pool and spa are uplifting and relaxing, with wonderful amenities and relaxing scents. With its extraordinary service, meticulous attention to detail, and an unfaltering commitment to its guests, the Berkeley is simply the best luxury hotel in London.

Stayed here with my son for his Birthday. Had absolute great time. The facilities absolute lux had a Juliet balcony overviewing St Paul’s church memorial. The swimming suit is absolute great the food absolute yummy. I will return here soon

London has a lot of choices to be sure when it comes to choosing a 5 star hotel but The Berkeley gave me an experience last week that was magnificent. It began at checkin with the hotel angel I will refer to him as , Mr Christopher P who went above and beyond to establish my 5 rooms ( special note to Mr Murowany for coordinating my upgrades!!!) During my entire stay, Mr P attending to my every need and adding yet another special treat in my room!! Each room had special cookies and a gorgeous cake as a gift which is from the pastry bar downstairs . This is a really fun element to walk by each morning as well. Rooms are fresh and luxurious with a modern look. The hotel spa called Surenne is off the charts with exceptional pool and more . The staff here is wonderful The ABC restaurant on the ground floor is so delicious for breakfast and is nice at night as well. Again F&B staff so wonderful as they always had a special table waiting for us at breakfast The Blue bar off the foyer is cozy and elegant for another spot to enjoy The hotel has a fun lively vibe as well but with very personal attention Great location Loved it all

Wonderful experience that I would thoroughly recommend. The staff are kind, thoughtful and very knowledgeable. From Christopher at check in, all of the staff in the restaurants (especially Zara and Packo), to the floor manager and housekeepers-- everyone went above and beyond. The room was beautiful and they truly thought of everything when designing this hotel. The location is also terrific and was to get everywhere we wanted to be. Truly a memorable hotel that made for a wonderful trip!

We are currently staying at the Berkeley and on the whole it’s been good. The Food service here at breakfast and for dinner is quite exceptional, really good quality and very knowledgeable staff. We have a lovely room with a view of the church, but on arrival neither tv worked, nor did the toilet, these are basic things that should just work and it shouldn’t take several requests to have this rectified. We have 3 rooms and in the Berkeley rooms there is no privacy in the bathrooms, all is visible from the bedrooms, so if this may be an issue. They did say house keeping could screen it off, but it hasn’t been done and we are checking out tomorrow and I’m a bit fed up of having to follow up every request. The reception area is chaotic and if there’s more than two of you there’s nowhere to sit when checking in. Our suite should come with certain things like complimentary mini bar etc but none of this was explained. They asked about our children’s hobby’s and interests but nothing has been offered, no child centric amenities etc, despite offering this with family room bookings. It’s been a bit of a let down as lots of things mentioned online never materialise, and issues with things not working shouldn’t require multiple conversations.
