Hub by Premier Inn London City Bank

I will definitely stay with the Hub again when I am visiting East London.

We booked online for early check-in and breakfast, we also booked a larger room. We had trouble finding the hotel as the sign was down, however we were greeted by a lovely, friendly lady that checked us in and explained about the sign and they keep getting knocked off by lorry drivers, she checked us in, explained about the complimentary coffee machine, informed us about breakfast and where our room was. The room was clean and tidy and had nice shower, air conditioning and TV. Breakfast was good value for money and had everything that was needed, juices, water, coffee, teas, toast, jams, marmalade, full English, yoghurt, muesli etc. We then checked out and were allowed to keep our luggage there whilst we explored London on our last day. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

Stayed one night on business. Literally arrived 9pm left 8am Didn’t eat in but great little pub/ restaurant directly opposite Room small but I knew that pre arrival. Spotlessly clean and well appointed. Modern bathroom with good quality shower stuff. Nice fluffy towels Might be a bit tight for two. But bed was very comfortable. Slept well Only reason it’s 4 star not 5 is a like fresh air so an opening window would be good. But a/c works well. And no tea/ coffee in room (but available free 24/7 in lobby) I’d definitely stay here again

Good location within 2 mins walk of Cannon Street station. Quiet, almost hidden location down a quiet side street in the heart of the city. All the usual Premier Inn Hub benefits – very well-designed, albeit compact rooms, great comfy bed, hot shower, decent number of power points, desk space and very reasonably-priced breakfast. Good breakfast area and plenty of space to work in. Service is a definitive highlight - welcoming, efficient, kind and very thoughtful. Called to say I had left my walking stick behind. A big thank you for this. Would definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay at the hub by Premier Inn London City Bank Hotel. The location is excellent—tucked away on a quiet side street, so there was no traffic noise. It's close to underground stations, pubs and restaurants and lots of interesting places to visit. All the staff we encountered at the hub were friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was powerful and refreshing. One thing to note: the bathroom is made up with glass panels and is directly behind the bed so you can't really be shy when using the facilities. The breakfast in the morning was a welcome addition and considering the low price, we were impressed with the range of options and quality. The only downside was a bit of confusion before our stay. I called the general number to ask about luggage storage and was told they didn’t offer it. However, when we arrived, there was a clearly advertised luggage storage option—simply leave your bags in exchange for a donation to their chosen charity. It’s a great idea, just a shame the call centre staff weren’t aware of it... That said, we were really impressed with our overall stay and will definitely be returning in the future.

Great central location and clean, cute hotel. We were less than 10 minutes to Borough Market, coffee and other food nearby, tube stations everywhere, just all around perfect for what we needed. Rooms are smaller than other hubs I've been too, but it worked (my hubby just had to crawl over me in the bed).
