Great place if you’re staying there for a night or 2 for somewhere in central London and relatively affordable. Very modern vibe, very clean and amazing location near Chinatown and regent street which is very close to the underground. Would 100% recommend. Just keep in mind the check in and out times. And the gym, luggage storage, breakfast, late check out are all extra that you need to pay for. They do provide towels, charging ports and shampoo etc but you’ll need to bring your own slippers, hairdryers, toothbrushes as they aren’t provided

A little slice of Japan in a super accessible part of London. Great cafe. Super easy self check in and check out. The comfiest hotel mattress ever! Great shower and toiletries. Super WiFi. Super happy with the low price we paid for a super cool comfy room. If it wasn’t for the hair in the bed I’d have given 10/10. Location was great - super close to loads of restaurants, Chinatown, theatres, Outernet, shops, Trafalgar Square, the national gallery and the national portrait gallery. I would definitely recommend.

Great location, clean but minimum facilities. Make sure to bring your own hair dryer as it's not equipped in the room.

Great Location right in the center of Piccadilly circus ( Central London) if you book this hotel it's easy access to all parts of London attractions 10ft from the Piccadilly circus underground. The hotel will charge for keeping your luggages extra time upon your check out so mindful about it.. Rooms are clean and nice. Amenities are average. Overall a good place to stay if you are looking to stay around central London

The rooms here are generally very clean if quite sparsely provisioned (eg towels but no cup to use for water as far as I could see). The main issue on my third (and final) trip, and the reason I won’t stay again, is the utterly naff but extremely persistent “Coyote Ugly” pub / bar / dance spot that adjoins the hotel. This place is an utter dive, you’d have to be frankly desperate to go there for a drink. But it relentlessly delivers music through the floorboards of the rooms (I was on floor 2) until 2:30-3am, as far as I can see 7 nights a week. I am honestly as perplexed in trying to imagine who might be in there at 2am on a Monday or Tuesday as I am in trying to imagine why Zedwell concluded that this adjoining facility would add value for their residents. But if you don’t want risk a night of sleeplessness I would advise seeking out another hotel.

Service was great. Vishali was very helpful when we had requests for our rooms. The best part of the accommodation is the location. You got to stay here if you are watching musicals in London

Location was great, it served it purpose. Room didn’t have a window but we expected that. The room smelt like ramen the whole time and it was very annoying, we did mention it but they didn’t do anything about it. You get what you pay for at Zedwell, it was nice and efficient other than the smell.

Great location, and value for price. Rooms are new & clean, service is impeccable. Only downside is there are no windows, but all things considered - totally acceptable! Will stay again.

After the worst train journey ever I arrived at the hotel and decided to not use self check in and spoke to the man on the desk. He was amazing, so lovely and friendly and even upgraded my cocoon 1 room to a room with 4 bed and was much bigger…..I was soooooo pleased after the day I had. Cannot fault this hotel for location and price and does the job for a 1 or 2 night stay

The hotel was a great price here on trip.com, it was an amazing location being 5min walk to picadilly station, 5min to Chinatown and 5min to Leicester square. The hotel was super clean! Their cafe, bathrooms and foyer never too busy always clean and staff super friendly. The room despite no windows felt welcoming and was also very clean. Loved the water pressure of the shower. Staff were always friendly and even my son commented on how smiley and kind they were :) the luggage storage service is such a plus but would have liked the additional cost of this to be clearer in trip.com as I thought this was included in our booking. Did miss having a kettle in my bedroom with tea, milk coffee but the rooms are not large enough to have this safely there.
