Location is superb convenience. Twin room saiz is too small & narrow when my friend & i have two big & two 22’inch trolley saiz bags. Bath room water circulation has to improve, after bath water will spread into bedroom.

The hotel was very conveniently located, near the underground tube station. The room was clean. I will stay here again!

Very close to many touristic locations. Very convenient! Mostly walking distance to many beautiful touristic destinations.

Zedwell Piccadilly offers a cozy environment for a short layover in London. The hotel is situated near Regent St. where much shopping can be done. Access to the Tube is easy with the station located within 3 mins walking distance. Additionally, the hotel is guarded with security so you could reside in peace and security. My only dissatisfaction was the keycards. During my 3D2N stay, I had to reset the keycards for my friends and I 3 times, much to my annoyance. The staff were understanding however, and patiently resets it every time. Other pointers to note: - Breakfast at the hotel is quite limited, offering mainly a croissant, granola bars, and coffee. If you are looking for a heavier meal, feel free to explore the surrounding cafes. One i could recommend within 5 mins walking distance is Caffe Concerto (shown in pic) - Storage of luggage is not free, costing you 15 pounds per piece of luggage

Seamless check-in. This isn't my first time staying here, and I'm loving it as always! It's clean, as usual, with the best location and the best price. However, I was disappointed to find out that the price dropped just one day before my stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect, close to underground tubes, and bus stops. Within the walking distance from many tourist attractions. There are many restaurants around, where you can try different cuisines. The rooms are small but simple and clean. It does not come with amenities such as hair dryer or kettle, yet it was alright to stay for a few nights. There are vending machines downstairs where you can buy basic amenities and drinks.

Basic hotel but everything you need. Clean and provided fresh towels upon request. Lovely staff, easy self service check-in. Super central which is why I booked it :)

Good location, nice and comfy.

It was not very good. The check in system was down when I checked in at 6pm on Oct 27. Check in usually starts at 3 pm. Its is not acceptable to have the guest wait and say that system is down so can’t check in. If this hotel is boasting as a 3 start hotel, then make the guest happy by Offering complimentary suggestions like free breakfast or 1 hour extended stay. I paid the right amount of fee to check in so I deserve the right service. If you want guest to come back treat the guests with kindness and understanding.

Good for light stay.

It sets as free & easy style, self check in & check out. Upon check in, need the service stuff to help register the key too. It is really the simplest that no supply of bottle of water, no kettle, no table and chair in room. i booked the cocoon room as it was the only available upon booking. It is tatami style. No door hang signage to give instruction to housekeeping. Despite such lack of basic facilities, we adapt swifty.

Very convenient location in heart of west end with theatres, Chinatown and restaurants on the doorstep, mere metres away. The room itself is very basic and spartan. However the shower cubicle did not have a door making it impossible to shower without making the entire bathroom floor wet. Also no kettle and no basic coffee/tea making facilities. The worst part is incessant noise from very loud music nearby right through to 3am making sleep impossible!1😩

Facilities were extremely basic. Just a bed. No windows. There should have been at least a bag rest/stand and one side table to rest items on. Also a small cupboard with hangers would have been useful.

have been stay at this hotel twice already, this is my third time and will not stay here anymore. Now everything is cost!!!!!! even leave the luggages at the hotel if you have late flight or early filght leave the luggages cost 15 pound!!!!!! if you require for early check in is 40 pound. not to mention check in time is 3.00pm and check out time is 10.00 am BE AWARE
