The hotel is more than great! friendly staff , food , and on top of all the hotel location is amazing!!! Especially for people who like to walk , piccadilly , trafalgar square,oxford street are all very close.
I highly recomend the hotel.however, if you want good rates avoid peak time as its going to be crazy expensive.

The waiter was very friendly and gentlemanly. He helped with the luggage when we entered the room, asked us when we left, helped us load the luggage, and called a taxi. We arrived at 11:00 pm that day, and they upgraded our room. The view was very good. Like other high-end hotels, you need to order breakfast one by one. If you have reservations for museums and attractions, try to get up early. The location is very convenient. Picadilly Circus subway station is downstairs. It is very convenient to take buses, subways and taxis. You can go downstairs at any time for shopping, which is comparable to Wangfujing Street. My friend said that the city center is quite chaotic. We were lucky not to encounter theft and robbery during our half-month stay. Maybe it's more low-key to wear a jacket and a messenger bag every day. In short, I recommend this hotel.

The location is unique and the hotel facilities are generally well maintained. The only drawback is that the noise is a bit loud and the soundproofing of the room is not particularly good. I was woken up by the sound of decoration and moving furniture upstairs at 8 o'clock in the morning.
