Excellent location with many eatery nearby and walking distance to many attractions. Super near metro stations. Best of all, hotel looks clean and new with superb service from the staff. All of them are very helpful too!

Really helpful staff for the luggage , very polite and helpful. The room come up smaller than expected. Maybe because of the late check in. Day time front desk service is so much better

Hotel location is good and is walking distance to major tourist attractions. The room is considered spacious in the Area and room was clean. Also, the staffs are helpful

Hotel in best location in London. Staff was very friendly, but the price was quite high. But this is more a London problem than a problem of this hotel. Also the breakfast was quite overpriced so we tried it one time and then we decided to eat outside in the morning.
The room was a bit small for 3 persons, but we would stay there again.
