Room is cozy and was conveniently located near the station. The area around the hotel was under construction but there was not much noise to be heard. The breakfast was tasty and the check out was efficient

The area of the hotel is dirty and congested. The hotel is old and in need of revamp. The residents is loud and feels unsafe. The pictures do not match up to our stay at all

The hotel location is great but due to the construction it is taking a bit extra walk from Euston station but it is still good distance, probably after construction it would be great

It was a pleasure from start to finish a lovely young man helped us to check in the room was lovely clean and fresh the breakfast was amazing again met by excellent friendly staff the breakfast had plenty of choice both hot and cold options

The location is good but a bit noisy as perhaps near london tube. The staff are friendly.

The hotel's entrance was under renovation, and the front desk had been moved to the entrance of the restaurant, which was confusing when checking in. It was already evening when I arrived, and the front desk staff seemed impatient when processing my check-in.

Very convenient location, 5 minutes from Euston Station, well equipped room with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits, kettle, bottled water, tv, air conditioning, toileties & smart decor throughout!

Close to the Euston rail station. Nice and helpful staff, single room bed was really tiny. Have luggage storage space after check out.

Great location. Euston Square and Warren Street tube stations are just around the corner. Close to British Museum and 20 minutes walk to China Town. The room was small given the price.

The executive suite was a good size, the beds were comfy and cleanliness was good. All meals in the restaurant that were served breakfast/lunch/dinner were delicious, however on the down side of our stay was the noise of the trains coming from Euston station, sound-proof windows should be installed.
