Friendly and kind staff and good location. However when arriving to the room, discovered dirty and visibly used towels smelling of body odour left out for us in bathroom, possibly eye makeup stains on the laid out bed pillows. I’m hoping to get some sort of refund or compensation for this stay. Called front desk for new clean towels to be brought which never came. Only on visiting front desk later in the day did someone come up after about 30 minutes. Visibly dirty stains on the smoke alarm. Cleanliness is unacceptable and needs improvement.

Near to euston station (5min walk) the amenities there is very very nice, help us a lot with our luggages and provide cookies and coffee everyday, this hotel offer luggage storage service, it’s really nice!!

The hotel was great—clean, professional, and had convenient facilities. It's right next to Euston Station. Highly recommended.

Great location, not enough electrical sockets, extremely confusing layout of room number systems and elevator system that was not explained at all.

This is probably the best value hotel in London, located right next to Euston Station, making its location a major advantage. The hotel facilities are quite comprehensive, and the staff are very welcoming and enthusiastic. The only downside is that there's a lot of construction going on in the surrounding area, making the environment a bit rough around the edges.

First of all the service was amazing and the workers there really helped us out a lot. Rachael was excellent and looked after me, my wife and my daughter. She answered all the questions we had and made our stay easy. She does deserve a raise! The location of the hotel is good but i am giving it 4 stars because the hotel is rated as a 4 star hotel but I would give it more of a 3 star hotel based on the room we was given. Other than that, our stay was great!

Good location and price for travel from Euston. Though the bed and towels were fine, the room itself didn’t feel comfortably clean. Service was good.

Arrived after 4pm but our room was not ready.  Suspect room not as booked or advertised, we booked superior room however shower stall too small, no coffee machine which I would have thought was pretty standard for 4*. Dirty carpet. However, quiet room and comfy bed.

Close to Euston, tube stations and a 25 min walk to Trafalgar Square. Very reasonably priced for time of the year.

Good hotel. Close to Euston station. Everything is modern and well functioning.

The hotel was ok and fairly clean. However, the rooms were extremely stuffy and the air con did not work. The staff would also start cleaning at 7-8am on the morning and were very loud. The two day stay was not very pleasurable given the heat and noise.

The hotel is boutique very clean and our stay was good. They could do with putting shower mats in as a little slippery. Also there is a lot of construction work around the hotel which detracts from the ambience st present.

Very good location! Walking distance to the train station and very accessible to many bus lines and underground. Also not far from the parks. Will defo be back when we stay in London!

Great location within 5 minutes walking to Euston Square and Euston station. Single room is just for single as it’s really small. soundproof is not that good
