The hotel's location is great. We had a room with a 1.8-meter king-sized bed, perfect for movie nights. The facilities are modern, and the ambiance is really nice. The front desk staff were lovely, and they even deliver takeout directly to your room. It was genuinely a fantastic stay.

Conveniently located near Baiyun Mountain, offering easy access to dining and entertainment. The room was incredibly quiet, spotlessly clean, and featured modern amenities and a super comfortable bed. The front desk staff, especially the lady, provided exceptionally friendly service! We were even impressed that the security guard delivered our takeout directly to our room. There are also plenty of dining options right downstairs, and bus stops and a subway entrance are just steps away! A truly excellent experience! Five stars!

There are plenty of great food options near the hotel, and it's very close to Canton Tower. The guest room corridor on the third floor felt quite grand and high-end. The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful, promptly resolving any issues. Her pleasant demeanor and kind words really made me feel valued, definitely deserving a huge thumbs-up! The bathroom had excellent wet and dry separation, and the bed was soft and comfortable.

I don’t understand how this hotel gets great reviews. I initially booked for 4 nights but I was glad that I could cancel the last 3 after checking in. The only good thing about it is its location, given the proximity to the metro. These pictures definitely look fancy but the hotel actually resides in a building in an urban village and room has smells a bit. Even the water it provides tastes a bit sour (maybe it’s just me). Not recommended.

Upon booking this hotel, I saw that there were many positive reviews and it was affordable hence i decided to book this hotel for a group of 4 of us. However, there were multiple things that made our stay not the most comfortable one. The negative pointers that the hotel could look into to improve are their check in process as it was slow as compared to the many other hotels that we have visited before, the beddings had multiple stains on their blanket and bedsheets, the tables in the hotel room were dusty to the touch, the bathroom had hair on the walls with stains on the sink and toilet bowl and last but not least, the shower water pressure was so low that we could barely shower. We informed the counter about this problem and the person that came to service it had bad attitude and temper. Besides this, after he claimed that it was fix, the water was still the same dripping like droplets from the shower head also one of our towels was even torn and ragged. The room itself was also smaller as compared to the pictures shown on the listing. It was also not a non-smoking hotel where we could consistently smell smoke in our corridors and in our room itself. Despite the negative sides of things, the staffs at the counter and those under housekeeping in the hotel was friendly and easily approachable if we had any doubts. The hotel was easy to locate, walking distance from the metro and there were any choices of eateries around the neighbourhood however, I personally feel that I will never come back to the same hotel again and that they could put in extra effort to maintain the hotel better so that other visitors can have a better stay.
