Short walk to bus stop, great amenities and comfortable stay. I like how there are vegan options on the menu, vegan dinner was good but could be a bit more generous when it comes to vegan linguine such as adding vegetables. The experienced receptionist provided excellent customer service, the newer one wasn't so enthusiastic and not as helpful. The internet connection can be slow late at night on Facebook. Overall I would come back again if the opportunity arises.

Excellent service.We arrived late due to poor traffic. We had a large group of over 20 staying and they accommodated us brilliantly. Rooms were immaculate and breakfast was great. Would definitely use again.Laura and Tina were very polite and helpful.

Very comfortable rooms, great night sleep. The room caters for all your needs. Coffee and tea facilities and hairdryer available, extra pillows if required. Helpful and friendly staff, especially at breakfast. Wasn't currently doing evening meals which was a disappointment, however they have said this is to change in April.

Great value London hotel with nearby Tube links friendly staff. The continental breakfast is great value for London. Rooms are comfortable, warm and quiet. Near to Tooting Broadway and Market and huge variety of eateries. Near to bus stops on Tooting High Street.

Excellent location, friendly staff, best I have come across I stay in many premier inns. Check out Tooting Market, Red King Ramrn best I've had, snd eves in market live music, plus the fresh nan bread 2 doors up from premier inn. Epic..avoid the wetherspoons..didn't even toast the bread..

The nicest staff and such delicious breakfast. The room had a very nice location. The late check in works great as well as you dont have to worry that will be left on a street if arriving late after a concert or something else. Also, wonderful pancakes in breakfast, highly recommended :)

The staff couldn't have been any more helpful, always smiling and made us feel very welcome, it was a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere and our room was clean, couldn't have asked for better service, we arrived very early and we were offered drinks whilst we waited and they asked if we wanted to leave our luggage with the luggage store so we could start exploring the area as soon as we wanted.

We arrived late at night for a 3 night stay, but the room we were given wasn't quite made up for us, the reception staff couldn't have been more helpful and swapped our room immediately with no fuss. The room was very comfortable and helped us get a great night's sleep. We then had amazing service from Tina during breakfast on our last morning, she took the time to learn our names and really went above and beyond for us which ended our stay wonderfully.

Comfortable, quiet room on the third floor. Located above a big Lidl and right on Tooting High Street so no problem for food and any provisions. Short walk to Tooting Broadway and the northern line. Staff at reception and the restaurant are really friendly and helpful.
