Suitable for solo travelers. The room is small, can't compare to other cities in Europe. The price is okay. In London, the prices are like that. There is a kitchen but you can't cook, let alone stir-fry. I'm afraid the fire alarm will go off. The location is okay, but if you're not used to walking fast, it might take 15-20 minutes to get to the underground station. Overall, I would definitely stay there again.

The location is good; close to the tube and walking distance to Kensington Gardens. Staff were friendly and common areas sparkling clean. The room felt dated and the triple was horribly cramped. WC was even worse with zero room to maneuver.

It was a lovely experience. A nice warm spotlessly clean room. There was a fridge and microwave oven. The internet was a very good connection and secure. I had a lovely night's sleep. The staff on reception are very friendly and helpful. Thank you

My stay of 4 days was quite good, let's say that the only "bad" thing is the bathroom, which is quite small, for the rest, the cleanliness is good, the location is unbeatable, the rooms have a kitchen, refrigerator, a station to make coffee or tea, space to leave the suitcases. Although sincerely, the soul of this hotel is its staff, the maintenance people, the manager and the receptionists, all very friendly, answering all questions, providing useful information. Don't expect great luxuries, but the area is beautiful, enough to take some very artistic pictures.
