Had booked an apartment but unfortunately had a death in the family. Informed them 2 days before check in about the same as the travel plans had to be cancelled. They refused to refund a penny nor give credit for the same or lesser amount. Lost almost 6500 pounds thanks to their insensitivity. Dont book from them. They have stopped responding to the mails and request.
