This property is truly special. It is in a gorgeous location. The food is excellent. Our room was huge and so charming with a huge tub. The staff was kind and helpful. The pool area is beautiful. It is the quintessential Italian countryside inn with magnificent views. The only thing to be improved on would be the servers at dinner seemed perfect one night and then the last night a bit confused and not really understanding English or timing of bringing the dishes. My salad still on the table and second course arrives. But again this is a small thing because over all the place is gorgeous and fantastic. The massages were excellent and the spa was lovely.

We loved the place. Perfect location, very updated inside and outside, very nice room and bathroom, comfortable bed, nice pool and amazing food (you have to try their restaurant). Only complaints are, that they did not instruct us in how to darken the ceiling windows, so we slept very badly the first night, the pillows were very hard and they did not tell us about the opportunity of having hot meals (eggs) at breakfast, we found out the last morning. But all in all a perfect stay. And we had a lot of fun watching UEFA2020 on a big screen in the local village - very n7ce local people.

Enchanting place with wonderful views of the hills and Apennines of the Marche, surrounded by greenery and full of many services, from the comfortable and exclusive spa to the truly exceptional restaurant both for the service and for the quality of the products and the food. Suite with a very nice private terrace, clean and refined, very friendly and helpful staff! We will definitely be back to enjoy the outdoor pool too!

Couple's stay in suite with dinner and couple's spa. Very friendly and helpful service and staff throughout the hotel. Impeccable cuisine! Refined foods and studied combinations are offered, but the dishes are still plentiful, we left the restaurant full to say the least! The spa and massage area is very quiet as it requires reservation and at staggered times, the whole environment remains very quiet and peaceful. Overall it was a relaxing and regenerating weekend, absolutely no negative notes! The location is also perfect because it reflects the spirit of the villa, but still it is located 2 steps from the center of the village. We will definitely be back!!

I stayed with my family at Villa Anitori on Chris**as day with lunch. Structure restored and divinely furnished, elegant and modern while maintaining the rustic style of "country" houses. We had the Infinito suite consisting of two bedrooms, large bathroom and megagalactic terrace overlooking the Marche valleys. Spotlessly clean room and excellent supply of body care products, naturally including bathrobes and slippers for all 4. The fantastic Chris**as lunch, excellent products well cooked by the chef. Attentive service in an elegant setting with a huge panoramic window. Good breakfast with local products and homemade cakes Well done…. we will be back to try the spa. I spent a pleasant day in company with my partner in this facility. Also given the Covid period, the spa is in exclusive use for guests. The staff is welcoming and ready to satisfy every need and request. The spa is well looked after, enjoys a panoramic view of the surrounding hills, a large hydromassage pool, emotional showers, sauna and Turkish bath. Beautiful structure but management totally to be reviewed. - Poorly maintained swimming pool, robot cleaner in action during the day, it would be advisable to have it work in the evening/night when there are no people, - bar service not available during the day, unthinkable for a structure that defines itself as a prestige relais, - lunch service not available . We stayed at this property for a few days. We stayed in a suite which however had a shower that regularly flooded the bathroom with a door that didn't close, a bar non-existent until 4pm (nothing exists around it, Loro Piceno a ghost town without an open bar, everything closed), a restaurant with 3 à la carte dishes, repetitive and I would even say expensive. The wellness center was nice, but we have stayed in similar facilities with better equipped SPAs. The staff is very kind and helpful, but whoever manages the organization should review several aspects.
