Very close to the Avenue of Stars, Universal Studios, Griffith Observatory, and Hollywood Sign. The hotel is relatively new, but the elevator is slow.

Nice boutique hotel with amazing floor to ceiling window views. We could see fireworks outside the window on 4th July, which was a real treat. Room is small but the contemporary design makes up for it. There is a chill bar downstairs with happy hour promotion which was a plus.

Very nice staffs are working there, good location, very clean and comfortable rooms

Location- has to walk a bit to the nearest shopping mall with convenience stores. Nearby to metro station and TCL Chinese theatre. Basic hotel but good enough. Toilet in room has a warmer that keeps you warm during shower, great idea! Tried to turn on the A/C nd the smell was so musty , time to service the units please . Room is big enough for 4 person with hangers for coats ( over your luggage storage place) that is a great idea. Breakfast was basic but good enough . Value for money though. Receptionist was not as friendly though ( one guy who never smiles) . Laundry service closes at 8pm so reminder to do it way before. Need to change coins ( can do it at reception) for the washer & dryer(seperately).

This hotel is really cool. Theirs a beautiful view of the Hollywood city. The pool is on the third floor, with a nice bar, etc. the restaurant and room service was good, everything is super boujee. Expensive to park but great valet service.

There are discounts for Asians, including sightseeing bus tickets, bicycle use, and art museum tickets. It’s a pity that we didn’t use it because of self-driving tours, but it’s a good deal The room is clean and big. Note that there are no slippers in American hotels. Bring your own. The bath water is also slightly small and the bed is quite soft The upstairs swimming pool is warm and you can swim in winter. It is recommended to bring a pair of swimming trunks🩲

The service wasn’t really up to the standards of such a wonderful, high end hotel. We even upgraded our room day of. They ruined our custom cake in transport from the valet to our room, despite the fact we gave them very detailed instructions. They reassured us that they’d be right up. I had to call twice to get them to bring us our luggage (and the cake) and by then a hour had gone by, and the custom decorations had melted off the cake ruining it. There was a lot of confusion on how they would make it up to us as I had to talk to three different people on the day and the day after who all told me different things. In the end, since they didn’t send us a dessert to make up for the cake they ruined and the champagne they promised was instead $150 off at the bar — thank god I called to ask where the wine was otherwise I wouldn’t have known I had the credit and would not have used it. Eventually they comped us the valet, upgrade and what they say was an extra drink we got at the bar that went over the $150 (impossible, we all made sure the math lined up) but the communication was a struggle and I did not felt appreciated as a customer.

Hotel is right behind Hollywood walk of fame, madam Tussaud, TCL Chinese Theatre. Easy checked in and checked out. Comfortable bed and good shower pressure. Have coffee machine, coffee and green capsules provided. Unfortunately no free water. Overall is in a good location.

The rooms and facilities are better than you pay for! Breakfast isn’t bad. I’ve read reviews that the breakfast lounge was small. Yes, it is small but it’s doable. You have space to sit and it’s not that bad. I was worried because I read a review saying there were homeless coming in to the courtyard but there’s no need to worry since there’s a 24/7 security guard. Super friendly staff and if you need anything, just go to the front desk for more towels or shampoo.
