We chose the Residence Inn at a meeting point for family that were traveling from all over the Pacific Coast. The hotel is very close to LAX so that was convenient. Check in and parking ($13) were super easy. Our 2 bedroom unit was very clean and comfortable for our family. We had a chance to use the jacuzzi that was hot and the pool was heated. Jessika (sp) was very attentive and kind, even with the multiple requests that we made. She never once made us feel like we were bothering her, even while juggling lots of other tasks. The breakfast crew was very friendly and the offerings were plentiful. They adhered to covid protocols and everything was very clean and organized. Lots of places to eat were close by, we even walked 2 blocks to The Toyota Sports Performance Center to eat dinner. It is where the LA Kings practice, if you're a hockey fan you must check it out. Thank you for a great quick stay, would visit again!

Facilities: OK, Hygiene: OK Environment: It's okay, the location is very close to the airport, convenient Service: needs to be increased, and we can't make troubles because we are busy. After the hotel and restaurant were originally booked, we may not be able to decide. Fortunately, Ctrip's customer service solved the problem later, but the experience is not particularly good.

The first day was credited to my credit card even before I arrived. My credit card statement showed the entire amount was charged at the start of the visit, not at checkout (as usual), At check-in, the manager had me sign a slip for a $50 deposit on my credit card. The charge on the first day (rather than the last) and the just in case $50 deposit were firsts for me me when traveling. Outside of this it's in a fairly good location with a variety of restaurants nearby.
