The environment is very good, it is worth staying in, the service is in place, the front desk is very patient, there are many shopping places near the hotel, the room is large, very comfortable, and the security is extremely strong!

This location is around the corner from the walk of fame, which I loved. Easy check in. Simple room with free WiFi. The only down side is the neighbors around the hotel are SUPER loud. Overall I would be happy to stay here again.

Too expensive for thus type of motel. It’s not a hotel. Too noisy, the rooms face the swimming pool s d there always people seining and making noise. The rooms face the aisle and you can’t have the window open because everyone that goes by sees you., and you don’t have privación.

What a perfect boutique hotel! Secluded for privacy but close to everything you would want in Beverly Hills. Beds are wonderfully comfortable and rooms are very clean. All marble baths are luxurious and the rain shower? Perfection! I enjoyed coffee on my balcony each morning watching the city wake-up. Lobby is spacious and welcoming. Restaurant food is superb. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful. I will most definitely stay here again when my travels bring me to Beverly Hills.

I must the experience was one of the best we've ever had. The staff was amazing and very friendly. Any questions we had were answered very well. The hotel is very clean and nice, our room was very comfortable and spacious.

Arrived to check in only to be waived off by the front desk attendant who was engaged in an argument on the telephone! Secured behind a glassed in desk area he was as disinterested as could be. Eventually a key was provided. Room was clean. Pillows (2) were the thinnest we have ever experienced. Similar super cheap quality of towels applied. The television did not work. Sleep was impossible with the constant traffic noise. Air handler was very noisy. Clearly whoever manages the property understands nothing about hospitality, staff are not trained and exhibit zero interest in guests we’ll bring.

I was so excited to stay here. I arrived about 5pm and our room was not available to strike one so they gave us tokens for free drinks at the poolside, while we were there we waited to see if anyone will come up to us and offer drinks and nothing so I decided to go up to the bar. We ordered our drinks and when paying with the tokens the bartender made it clear to me that her tip was not included with the tokens strike 2.. made me feel like I couldn't afford it, so we decided to go have dinner, we finished dinner after 6pm and still not call my room was available so I decided to go ask..when I get there all of a sudden our room is available. We go up to our room and its the wrong one strike 3 when going back to the lobby I found a gentleman walking our luggage up so I let him know our room was not the one I reserved he apologized and walked me down to the lobby.. when we were in the lobby they apologized and gave me a discount for the mixed up.. the agreed that was not the room I reserved and was going to send wine and cheese up to our room.. never received the wine strike 4. The next morning we decided to check out I told the gal there about my horrible experience so they waved the valet also when I got my bill they added other charges of $90 and gave me a discount of $60 . Yea the other charges were added to offset the discount. I felt so uncomfortable never going back again, I'm still sad about my family trip that was ruined and made us feel unwelcome. Never had this experience ever

Tips are provided where there is service, so the hotel staff is very welcoming, the Americans are also very friendly, the hotel environment is good, very distinctive, the transportation is very convenient, close to shopping, one can speak English badly for three days It's really amazing!

good hotel . helpfull staff who allowed me to use the pool for the afternoon even though I had ckecked out . My flight out was not till 9.30 pm . Room quiet and comfy with a room safe . Pool clean . Lots of resturants and bars down the road . The Sur resturant at 606 nth robertson had the best rib eye steak Ive eaten for many a year ----pricy though

Breakfast in general, the hotel is small, the parking lot is small, the room is not big, but the hotel service is very good, very warm, and also helped me change the room, there are Macy's department store for more than 10 minutes, there is a restaurant opposite Organic supermarkets, not far from the Farmers Market, the Los Angeles Museum of Art, the Los Angeles Holocaust Museum, the location is good, the price is higher than the price.
