Great stay. I requested an early check in because I was doing a night shift and needed to rest before starting work again in the evening. Staff were helpful. Good buffet breakfast spread. Highly recommend this hotel!

"Our stay at DoubleTree Hotel was pleasant and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. It was very nice and enjoyable place to stay.. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Seeing a venue about prestige collectors car was also bonus.

The room was not clean enough there were used kids toys under my bed and the carpet could use a good vacuuming under the beds ,bathroom tile was dirty no complimentary toothpaste toothbrush for 100 plus pound a night was really shocked .

Lovely hotel- great accessibility and room lovely.

Arrived early. Room wasnt ready but they very kindly prioritised our room. Free cookies! Room was lovely, as expected from photo. Duvet on bed wasnt as big as the duvet, which coukd be improved. 1 tv wasnt a good picture, but the other worked well. Lovely breakfast and very helpful staff. Overall a good stay.

One night over the weekend before Christmas and from check in to checkout every aspect was near perfect (not everyone like sparkling water in the room but hey!) From the warm chocolate cookies handed out by reception staff to the little doggie treats, cleanliness of room and wider facilities. If we need a room in Swindon, this will be the destination of choice.

A great stay. Big room that was really needed with the family. Wonderful staff that were professional and caring. A very well cared for hotel that has the guest experience at it it's core aim. Would highly recommend and definitely return.
