I forgot my keys inside the room at 10pm and they didn't reply to any call either from me or the platform customer support until morning, so I had to sleep outside and they refused any compensation. - they charge 10€ per wash to use the washing machine Many hosts in Madrid leverage the poor housing market of the city to make guests accept insane conditions of stay and service fees. While this place offers quality space and cleanliness the bargain is on how rude and entitled the owners behave because of this.
