I wouldn’t consider it a 4 star hotel but was not bad. No amenities (disposable shower things, slippers). It was okay.

This hotel is amazing, the staff at the front desk is so good and helpful.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Although there is no kettle in the room, hot water is available from the restaurant and hotel lobby. Nice walking path by the river next to the hotel.

location is not inside the city centre, but within my walking distance (within 40 mins).

The hotel is located in the city of Madrid, next to a small river. The surrounding area is quiet, comfortable and safe. It takes about 18 minutes to get to Madrid Cathedral and the Royal Palace by bus from the bus station next to the hotel, and it takes about 25 minutes to walk there. The hotel has an underground garage with plenty of parking spaces, but it costs 24 euros per day. There is a small supermarket next to the hotel entrance, which is convenient for buying some food and supplies. I didn't eat in the hotel, so I can't comment on its restaurant. The hotel service staff is warm and polite, and the stay experience is good.

The surrounding environment is very good, a little far from the tourist center, there is a bus stop at the door of the hotel, which is quite convenient. The breakfast variety is also rich.

Very good location, clean hotel and patient and considerate service. I went for a run in the morning and the front desk also helped me call a taxi, which was very good.

It's a very decent hotel. The room is quite big. It gives me the feeling of a room during domestic quarantine. It's far away from the attractions, so you may need to take a taxi to travel, but it's very safe alone at night. A mini Carrefour can buy some urgent needs if you walk nearby for more than ten minutes. Taste
