It started bad, then got worse... 1. You have to go to a different address (5 min away) to check in and get the key. Then you (with your luggage) walk back 5 min to the room location. 2. The description is a lie. At the room location there is NO front desk, no concierge, no luggage storage, NOTHING. Just a locked door and an elevator. 3. The only way to communicate with them is via WhatsApp, or walk 5 minutes back to the other location. But don't waste your time, the receptionist won't do anything. 4. The water was shut off in the middle of the night, and never came on again. Had to go to a nearby bar to use the bathroom. Asked about compensation for this mess: no response. 5. After 11 days and multiple pings, went to their office. An hour later I got a response: as compensation they offered 5% DISCOUNT on my NEXT stay. Nothing else. 6. Not sure, but they seemed to use a bot for the last communication. You never get to speak with "the boss", he/she may not exist.

Absolutely horrible room opposite and above to clubs and bars. Rooms have walls that are so thin you can hear everything next door. Shower in a cupboard, can't open windows and smelly. No good night sleep guaranteed.

Good location, clean, does exactly what it says on the tin. Stayed here with a friend of mine March 2022 for 3 nights. Such a great location, bathroom quite small, but en-suite nonetheless. Very clean. Lovely staff. Only slight downside walls very thin, was woken a couple of times by other people entering the building in the night. Would definitely return.

With my husband we stayed in this hostal whose reception is at the nearby Veracruz hostal for a week. Friendly and helpful staff 24 hours a day....even though I received no response to a message from me about a problem that arose one evening in the hostal...fortunately without any follow-up. The room they reserved for us was small as was the bathroom but very clean and tastefully furnished. The window looked onto the small internal courtyard, therefore very quiet but also not very bright. I suggest equipping the room and the bathroom with some more support bases (at least a shelf in the bathroom would fit in addition to the fact that most of the bedroom wardrobe is locked and therefore not usable).

Hotel which is not really one... No reception on site which is located in another establishment on an adjacent street. Summary welcome at this reception before returning to the rooms in the said hotel establishment with our cards. A decent double room, despite the persistent smell of freshly applied paint... A single room, AT THE SAME PRICE, to avoid absolutely: very cramped with a bathroom of the same ilk; very difficult to turn around, no storage possible and above all facing the street, which turns out to be particularly lively all night long... Add to this the total absence of soundproofing of the building which increases tenfold the very noisy nature of this establishment: TV, access to conversations including telephone conversations from your roommates, slamming doors, outbursts and lovemaking... live guaranteed! For fans of reality TV this may do the trick... The only positive points are: - The impeccable cleanliness of this establishment. For this reason, our very special thanks to the maintenance staff, moreover, the only living soul and possible interlocutor... - Its geographical location - And especially the establishment opposite! Blume Cruz suites where you can have a delicious breakfast while enjoying a particularly friendly and warm welcome :)
