The bed was comfortable and the toilet and bathroom were clean. The location is convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

I found this hostel to be ok. Beds were comfortable. Its location was not central, there was never anyone around to ask a question, no maps or help provided to get around Madrid and the lights chronically shut off every 40 seconds to save them money on electricity. So ridiculous and completely unsafe. Putting in contacts, diabetic shot, walking up and down stairs etc and then you are in pitch black. What the hell??? Really I think there are way better hostels to choose from more central to Madrids centre and not try to cheap out!

Everything was fine except the hostel was crowded. But its not their fault. Overall for 1 night was ok

Good hostel. Self check-in machine just right in front of the hostel. The female's room is so small like only one person pass through each time. But the toilet and bathroom is good though.

Overall this hostel can be rated quite good. If I mention two negative things, they do not have laundry service(some website mention the hotel have it but it’s not) and the lounge(reception) space is relatively small.

I was sick with doctor note and applied for the refund, but they just don’t care at all.

It’s great! People are nice and the bed is clean! There are also the curtain which provide us the privacy.

Check in was electronic, there was no employee, so far so good. But when I went to see my bed (302), it was completely dirty, with dirt marks on the mattress, there were other people's things on it too. The bathroom was inside the room, it seemed to be out of water and all pissed, stinking. It was impossible to stay there, I only stayed for 15min in the common room to book another place in a hurry. I had no one to complain to, I felt like an employee of Elon Musk at Amazon and the worst, I was paying for this ****, the worst hostel experience of my life. Neither trip.com nor the hostel refunded my money *************

Great location. Easily within walking distance of the Palace and other beautiful sites. Nice restaurants and cafes nearby. Friendly staff

It's nice; you check in yourself upon arrival. The beds are comfortable, and the lockers open and close with a card; you don't have to buy or carry a padlock.

I didn’t expect that my first experience staying in a youth hostel would be so good!  I originally booked a mixed room for 12 people, but I was assigned an 8-person female room. I was very grateful and immediately felt relieved.  The hygiene is very good, there is a hairdryer in the toilet and lye in the bathroom. Used their towels for a few days and it was totally fine. There is hot water for bathing! ! ! ! The mattress is super thick, wide and very comfortable to sleep on. Enough personal space. The only thing is that the sensor light is a bit inconvenient and is often turned off. Also, walking around when sleeping on the upper bed can easily affect the person on the lower bed. Overall, it is cheap and good quality, and I can repurchase it.
