Highly recommended for you to stay in the Madrid as the place provides you with the best possible experience and good accommodation to stay. Good access to the city centre and the public transport system is great. Near to the restaurants and the convenience stores. The hospitality is amazing and the staffs are very friendly and attentive. We was amazed at how well the staff assisted us and considered our requests for better experiences. The WiFi connection was very good and the cleanliness was excellent. The air mattress is not a problem as we have had a great sleep every night and this place is very comfortable and affordable for your money. Thanks 🙏

Friendly staff 👍 Good location. Clean and tidy hostel.
The room was very small and beds were not so comfortable. The shower in female room had only cold water. No lockers of the bathroom

Don't even think about booking, I couldn't travel and they didn't give me my money back. It's acceptable that they charge something for the reservation, but I canceled 5 days in advance and they didn't give me a response.

Did not have the listed amenities — hot water came out as a trickle, washer was broken and they would not let me use the one they had for staff, beds were noisy, uncomfortable AIR MATTRESSES (not memory foam) with a thin sheet on top and squished-thin pillow, no towel was provided upon check in and, asking later, they said “towel for €5” (acting shocked they added, “oh but it is refundable”), Wi-Fi only works in the cold kitchen, showers aren’t rainfall, there is no bathtub (not that I would use it in a hostel, even one that is clean), location is not near anything other than residential areas, and staff are not welcoming.

I was supposed to spend 2 nights there, I fled after just one night with almost no sleep.
Small cramped dormitory with bunk beds made up of INFLATABLE mattresses. With the noise that comes with the slightest movement. Suddenly everyone keeps everyone from sleeping. Especially if your upstairs neighbor turns around or gets up.
Arriving 30 minutes after opening, I found a locked reception. Later later, I got kicked out of reception because the girl at reception was flirting. I took refuge there because the wifi didn't work in the dormitory and the kitchen stank.
Showers do not guarantee great privacy. On the other hand, there is soap. If I have to find a positive point, I only see this one...
Completely out of the center of Madrid, in a somewhat gloomy area. Access to Madrid (and return) very complicated without GPS (very poor signage).
Absolutely no interest, even for the price. To flee.
