Ibis Styles Hotels in Madrid

We 4 a family took a Europe trip both Portugal and Spain, the ibis styles hotel in Madrid we booked 2 rooms for 4 nights stay, I think service is good but room heating system looks not working, every day when we backed to the hotel, the all window were opened after cleaning service and made rooms so cold even for whole night. The location is not so convenient for taxi service, so only we call Uber only.

I stayed here for a night before my next flight, and overall, it was a decent transit option. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle, which makes transportation very convenient. However, if you arrive during a busy time, you might need to wait for the next shuttle as there’s no reservation system — it’s first come, first served based on the schedule. The room was clean and comfortable, with basic toiletries like shampoo and body wash provided, as well as a hairdryer. I arrived early in the morning and had to wait, but they kindly let me check in about an hour earlier than the official time, which I really appreciated. The biggest downsides were communication and baggage storage. I sent an email in advance to ask about the shuttle bus, but never received a reply (still haven’t). Also, there is no proper luggage storage service — if you want to leave your bags, you have to pay to use the lockers located in the underground parking garage. There’s also not much around the hotel, so I would only recommend it for travelers needing a short overnight stay between flights.

Great Hotel for a 2 star hotel. Hotel prices in Madrid are expensive so I would rate this a pretty good hotel. The staff is amazing and helpful. There was a front desk staff named Ignacio I think, I dont think I am naming the person right but he was very helpful and amazing. Informed us of things to do, places to go and was just very kind in general. The hotel is about 20 minutes walk to center area but the metro is only 200mts away. The location has lots of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and churro places. Night time also is happening in the area. Would definitely recommend this.

The location of the hotel is very good, and there is a converter at the front desk. No breakfast at the hotel
