I recently had the pleasure of staying at Makati Diamond Residences, and I can't express enough how exceptional my experience was. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome, providing top-notch service throughout my stay. The rooms are spacious, luxurious, and impeccably clean, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The amenities at this property are simply outstanding. The gym is well-equipped, and the pool area is an oasis of relaxation. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options catering to every palate. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Makati, making it convenient to explore the city. Second time booking here and I just found out that we can request pans and cookware from the housekeeping. They even provided dish soap and sponge upon request. Good hotel location and amenities. Room was clean and with a good view from outside. Hubs and I enjoyed our staycation because we were able to prep meal inside the room. I also appreciate that they are now providing mats inside the room because that was my comment before. One pointer why I did not give perfect rating is because special request for complimentary birthday cake was not provided. While special requests are subject to the hotel, my boyfriend tried to explain the situation but sadly, it was not provided.

My first trip to MNL loved the central location with greenery around, the staff all went out of their way to please us. Minor issues with tv remote control were quickly resolved. My only side comment is that the property could do more for the environment by: putting some solar panels on the roof, filtering the chimney smoke coming out, on roof. Also in this day and age plastic pet bottles could easily be replace by local glass bottles and a small sign in the room asking guests to place towels in bathtub in case they shoul be laundered is something we all appreciate - our towels were changed daily- I forgot to make a sign for housekeeping team! But overall wonderful experience your lobby is fabulous and what a vibe anytime congratulations ! We will be back certainly! Robert & Busaba from Phuket.

Stylish, high-quality hardware worthy of the Shangri-La brand. The facilities are a bit old and could be upgraded to new ones. The location is excellent and it is convenient to go anywhere.

Stayed for a day only but had good experience, staffs are super kind, nice, willing to help you. And also I used gym and swimming pool, things are clean, well managed. The location is super convenient, when you just walk out of the hotel lobby, it’s greenbelt building3. Highly recommend!

Except for the hotel transfer which was a catastrophe, we can recommend this hotel. We were staying in a room with a separate bed and living room. We almost did not go outside for lunch and dinner. Mistro on the 35th floor offered superb views and nice dishes except few we did not really like (maybe different taste). The staff, starting from cleaning ladies to the waitresses and managers are friendly and really caring about their services. We can recommend this hotel compared to Hilton where we had bad experiences and Seda Residence is offering more value than Hilton.

A perfect place to stay with yor family! Definitely will stay again! It is a home away from home. What all you need is here. I’ll just wait for my Trip coins credited this coming June and will book again. Might celebrate my Dad’s birthday here. See you the soonest Alpha Suites! 🌈🤍

Was a good stay, although we have to shift room due to Aircon issue. Also the room maid did not do such a good job cleaning the room last 2 nights. Location is good. Some friendly front desk except for the staff named Molly (gave us a annoyed facial reaction) nonetheless we recommend Sam and Charisse.

This room was spacious, clean, and had a bath tub. The aircon could be colder, but that is just me, I'm used to 16°C setting and the setting could only go down to 20 degrees only. The view is good and if you want to explore at night or day. There are lots of activity to do. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Especially the beef tapa and pastries. The service top notch everyone was accommodating and courteous. One last thing, the pool is amazing. #Staycation #LuxuryLiving 🏠🍽️🍽️🏊♀️

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees.
