Nestled in the vibrant Malugay Street, Makati, our hotel is just minutes away from major corporate offices, shopping malls, and entertainment hubs, including the Ayala Center. With easy access to public transport and key attractions, you’ll enjoy a seamless experience during your stay in Manila.
Luckily this property saved me from traveling back home haha
Love the room coz it's cozy. Could've been better if there's a fridge and additional hanger.
The place was perfect, it’s so near to restaurants and stores, the service staff also were helpful and nice, but what disappointed me is that they don’t have free bottled water for drinking while they mentioned it on their amenities. But all were great..
We chose a hotel for one night, we had a layover between flights for about 20 hours. It's a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport. The room is simple, there is everything you need to rest after the flight, take a shower and sleep :) there is nothing else to do there. I would hardly book it for more than two nights. There is air conditioning, there is Jolibee and Mac nearby, 7/11 is also within walking distance
The feeling of the homestay is that the service is not bad. Although the toilet is old-fashioned, it is very clean. I don't know why there are no slippers. I have to wear barefoot shoes or keep wearing shoes. The location is in a residential area, that is, a small apartment, surrounded by people, I feel relatively safe.
Formerly Somerset owned, I ignored the new reviews and hoped for the previous experience I received during the Somerset days. After booking a double bed + sofa bed executive room, I realised there was actually no sofa bed. Another bed for my friend arriving soon warranted an $18 mattress fee, later after complaining false advertising they gave me for free. A 2nd keycard was again, an extra expense which I didn't feel the need to pay having 2 of us in the room. Our 2nd to last night, we were locked out our room with a broken digital locking system so waited for 15-20 minutes at 3am to be let in via manual key which needed 4 staff, no new room was provided after this so we had to get them to manually unlock every time we left and arrived back. The pool had loads of leaves in, the air conditioning broke in the bedroom, cash only deposits too. If it wasn't for being a nice big room and a good location I think I would have asked for a full refund (wasn't even offered a partial refund for every problem that arose). This will unfortunately be mine and my friends last stay in this hotel.
I Think the room that they gave me was not occupied for a long time? I see some small worms, probably it’s a mosquito. Not sure though. It was so noisy because the road is just in front. The staff. Were very nice. This is my second booking with them. Last one was just last month. The toilet bowl under the rim is so dirty. The AC was too loud and there’s a ticking sound and it goes all day until i sleep. I am working in the hotel industry so i know if the room was cleaned properly or not, and with the maintenance of the AC of course somehow i have ideas if there is something wrong. I was disappointed for two times already.

The place is clean. I got a room upgrade upon checking in which is a very nice treat. The area is not that great but it’s near most establishments.

JJuan AugustoOutstanding friendly staff, clean rooms, and a great location!
The room was spotless, and the location is fantastic—just a few minutes to BGC and Makati. There’s a restaurant next to the hotel that’s open until 22:00, and plenty of other dining options and street food within walking distance. I’ve stayed in several hotels around Manila, and I can confidently say that, in terms of price/quality ratio, this was the best.
Thank you to the hotel staff for making my stay so enjoyable!
GGuest UserOur stay was not that pleasant this time. The hotel lacks of so many things like and I hope there’s a telephone atleast as a way to contact the front desk. But staffs are friendly and still a good location if you’re looking to stay near Ayala or SM Mall of Asia

BBroshswift check-in and check-out process. Variety of food options nearby.
The place is accessible to Sts. Peter and Paul Church, Ayala Triangle, Ayala Museum and Greenbelt.

闖闖蕩江湖Very clean, although the appearance looks a bit shabby, but has won many Filipino hotels, and the room will also be deodorized, let the room smell fragrant
