Makati Hotels with Balcony

Nice hotel, nice rooms. Good for those going there for the clubs. Improvement areas 1. Hotel should have provide basic first aid kit or light medication. My friend had headache and yet, the hotel refused to give him paracetamol. The 7-11 next door doesn't have any and the nearest pharmacy is 15 mins walk away. Paracetamol is not a dangerous or controlled drug, just giving 2 tablets will not do any harm. 2. I wanted to have bfast at the restaurant at the lobby while waiting for my Grab to the airport. There was no one else at the restaurant and yet, the waiter forgot to enter my order for food. I only got my coffee. I waited for long, only to be told the food is not ready. I asked for the bill because my car was arriving and even that took a very long time. I had to go in 2 times asking if the bill was ready.

Good clean hotel, lobby, room and bathroom. That's all that I need on a work travel. Staff are helpful. Breakfast is simple and sufficient. Good not to have wastage. I do wish there was fruit jam (there's butter and peanut butter) for the toast bread. Just my habit in morning breakfast.

The service was excellent, and the staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was delicious, the environment was very clean, and the room was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location in the heart of Poblacion, with lots of restaurants, cafés, and nightlife nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly. It can get noisy at night due to the nearby bars and traffic, but the hotel provides complimentary earplugs, which is a thoughtful touch. Overall, a great stay and good value for money.

It was our second time staying at this property, and the check-in process went smoothly. The front desk staff were also very helpful and accommodating. The room we were assigned had issues with the air conditioning. The AC seemed to need a deep cleaning because it no longer cooled the room properly (it was hot inside) The curtains also had rusty stains caused by a leak coming from the AC. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay. This hotel is honestly our number one go-to hotel in Makati because of its great location, affordable rooms, and pet-friendly policy. We’ll definitely rebook again! Chewie-approved of course.

booked 2 nights and 3 days. This was our 4th time booking in gemstoneBR. The room that we booked was nice and comfy. Other room features doesn’t work but still a great stay. I hope they could really fix their internet connection real soon.

A budget hotel, situated in the heart of the Makati adult entertainment district. Friendly and helpful staff. Bedrooms in need of refurbishment but OK for the price charged.

The staff and service are excellent — very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast is good as well, definitely worth the price. However, the room had a few minor issues: the bathtub was leaking (the grout was removed, causing water to spill on the sides and flood the bathroom), and the sink pipe was also leaking. The hotel could really use some upgrades. It’s not soundproof, so I could hear people passing by outside my room.

Room is very same as photo, complete kitchen utensils and everything was brandnew, I dont like high floor so this 7th floor room is perfect to me. Amenities was good, The free sauna is what i like here since i dont swim. But the highlight was the location, I was very close to rockwell and filling station in poblacion. There was a very good biryani restau downstairs just a few walking distance only. Thank you, will definitely be back again and would stay longer.
