Kharasho 39I really liked the hotel. Everything was just like in the photos. The lobby is beautiful, and the food at the downstairs cafe is delicious with generous portions. The reception staff were friendly. It's in a very convenient location, right next to the police station. The only downsides were that there was no window in the room and water would stay on the bathroom floor after showering. Despite that, my husband and I really enjoyed our stay here; it's one of our favorite hotels â€ïž

âââââ Wonderful Stay â Highly Recommended!
I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a great location, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help whenever I needed assistance.
The location is one of its biggest advantages. Itâs just a short drive from Greenbelt, Glorietta, Ayala Triangle Gardens, and Bonifacio Global City (BGC), making it a great base for shopping, restaurants, cafĂ©s, and sightseeing.
The only issue I experienced was with the iron. On my first day, I wasnât able to get one because I was told they were all in use. I assume the hotel either has only one iron or not enough to meet guest demand. It wasnât a major problem, but having a few more irons available would definitely improve the guest experience, especially for travelers who need to prepare their clothes before heading out.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would happily come back. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay in Manila.

12ë€ìThe location and value for money are great, but the surrounding area is quite run down. There's no fridge, and while the first set of towels seemed clean, the replacement towels were old and had a slight odor. The bathroom drain was clogged, and the all-in-one shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser was empty, so I had to request a refill. There was no bottled water, and no soap or toothbrushes, which I expected. I noticed the cleaning staff reusing partially used toilet paper rolls to replenish the rooms, rather than fresh ones. There was also some mold visible on the blinds. This was an unavoidable choice due to my personal schedule. The staff weren't friendly; they seemed annoyed, which I guess is typical for Manila. The room is tiny; it's okay for an unavoidable one-night stay, but anything more than two days would be tough.

Mhike BravoVery dissappointed about the condition of the room they provided and the amount of the security deposited. Old and kinda dark lights inside the room. They are requiring 4k security deposit despite of the condition of the hotel and rooms. Hotels located in BGC, Cubao, Pasay and Paranaque they are not requiring that SD amount even though they are high rated hotel compare with this Hotel. With that amount of SD they shoud upgrate their TV into Smart TV one instead of ordinary cable tv access. With that kind of ambiance, I felt im staying in Sogo or budgeted hotel room. Not classy looking room. Housekeeping staff are very accommodating unlike front desk staff whic is very snob. Over all rating 7 out of 10.

Akhil GargI had a fantastic stay at Berjaya Makati. The location is unbeatable right in the heart of the business district, with Greenbelt and Glorietta malls just a short walk away for shopping and dining. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. What really stood out was the staff; they were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to accommodate my early check-in request. The pool area is a nice oasis after a long day of meetings. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!â

Guest UserI had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean and cozy, and all the staff were kind and attentive. The location was also convenient with good access to the surrounding areas. I would definitely like to stay here again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

Pete.cThe hotel is in prime location for p burgos St nightlife across the road from the filling station 24hours restaurant (well worth a visit) shops just down the road plenty of places to eat around close by.
Hotel rooms are dated could do with some very much needed renovation staff are helpful and friendly do get a lot of girls hanging around the entrance at night looking for customers but don't bother you to much

Cockroaches crawled on me at night, and I could hear the neighbors using their plumbing, the sound of water running through the pipes, and doors slamming. The hotel lobby was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was poor, the air conditioning worked well, and there was hot water.
