4-Star Hotels in Makati

I want to write a review of this apartment because they have no reviews at all. Only 3!! Even though it's full of people. The apartment itself is comfortable, has everything you need: all the appliances in the kitchen, dishes (we just couldn't find a knife), a large refrigerator. It's cozy and clean. There's a washing machine in the bathroom, but there are only 2 large towels. There's no footrest, which is a big drawback!! You come out of the shower clean and step on a dirty toilet mat 💀 the bed linen is unironed and immediately thoughts come to mind... It's unironed or wrinkled from the previous client (( And the biggest downside is the COCKROACHES 💀💀 If I had known about them, I would never in my life booked these apartments!! Another thing with these apartments. They are not called as on the website, but Air Residences. We barely found them with the help of a GRAB taxi employee at the airport, at the address. Then there was a problem getting into the room using the code. The owner did not tell you that first you need to press the number 5, the lock will unlock and only then enter the code. It was our first time staying in apartments, so we were not aware of the plans. For people who use them often, this was obvious. So, tired from the road, we spent 1.5 hours unable to get into the apartment ((

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staffs are friendly and very accommodating. The place is big enough for us (family of 4). Is clean and accessible. The buffet breakfast is really good! We also want to thank them for accommodating my request of having a simple treat for my daughter and husband’s birthday. Exceeded our expectations. Will definitely book here again!

I had a really pleasant stay with my friend! This was my second time staying here, and once again, the hotel didn’t disappoint. The front desk staff and housekeeping were amazing as always. They were all so warm, welcoming, and always had a smile on their faces. I originally booked a Standard Twin room with no view, but they kindly gave us a complimentary upgrade to a Superior Twin with a partial city view. They also upgraded my room during my first stay, which made me feel like a valued guest and is something I truly appreciate. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything worked perfectly throughout our stay. I especially enjoyed relaxing in the in-room hot tub. The only downside was our experience with one of the pool attendants. We went for a sunset swim around 5:30 p.m., and unfortunately, he seemed irritated when answering our questions. His attitude made us feel like we were being policed rather than welcomed as guests. It was disappointing, especially since every other staff member we encountered was so friendly and accommodating. I hope the hotel can provide additional customer service training to ensure all staff deliver the same level of hospitality. Overall, I had another wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable!

The location is a BIG Plus that motivated us to stay there. However, what made it even better was the quality of staff service. It starts when you check-in with the Front Desk, then the bellhop who brought our bags to the room. Thereafter, the next morning it's the cleaning room service staff and the Catalogue's serving staff who bring you the breakfast (just the way you like it!) & the coffee. All of them : always with a smile. These people all wear Hospitality on their shirt sleeves. Definitely returning here for next stay

Good clean hotel, lobby, room and bathroom. That's all that I need on a work travel. Staff are helpful. Breakfast is simple and sufficient. Good not to have wastage. I do wish there was fruit jam (there's butter and peanut butter) for the toast bread. Just my habit in morning breakfast.

As a resident of upmarket Makati, this is where I book family when they visit. Rockwell loosely resembles a kind of sovereign enclave within Manila, thanks to its security, excellent gym, and the Power Plant Mall just across the road—while still being moments from everything Makati has to offer.

I arrived in the Philippines late at night. My phone was dead, so I asked the front desk to charge it for me, but they didn't even plug it in. They also wouldn't let me use any of the outlets in the lobby. I needed a room card, but to get one, I had to contact the landlord by phone from the front desk. This wasn't mentioned anywhere in the check-in process, leading to over an hour of frustrating communication at the front desk. The front desk staff didn't seem very friendly. The room was quite small, and while the city view from the upper floor was extensive, it evoked mixed feelings. The room's amenities were basic, but the cleanliness was good. The dual balconies in the L-shaped corner and the evening breeze offered some small comfort.

Quite spacious hotel. And walking distance to greenbelt, glorietta and sm makati. Hope next time give 2 keys because a bit troublesome I need to wake up my husband to help me lock the door or need both of us together go out. But overall stay is very good. Very comfortable to stay.

on my 1st day I enjoy the stay however I never see the agent on the day of my arrival and we only talk directly in viber . But then I received a violations because access card is non transferable and shareable so every time you have guest coming you need to pick them up at the lobby . but that`s my struggle been busy with my daughter bday event and I Violated the house rules of the hotel. But the end of 2 days stay I unable to to rest after getting the paper and talk to all the officer . I`m thankful that one of the PMO office assisted me and send email for waiver .On the bathroom the sink and bowl toilet bowl is very old they have shampoo and body wash but no tooth paste and brush or slippers . AC is old type model and because of that the AC water drip on the floor which cause damage the floor. The agent assigned to my booking is difficult to get in touched and delayed reply. I was not inform there`s bigger pool that require one day reservation because during our stay it`s been raining due to typhoon / habagat hoping that adult can able to swim on deep big pool. There`s indoor pool for kids. No play room for kids . I`ve learned my lesson . I will Still recommend this place .
