Guest UserI want to write a review of this apartment because they have no reviews at all. Only 3!! Even though it's full of people. The apartment itself is comfortable, has everything you need: all the appliances in the kitchen, dishes (we just couldn't find a knife), a large refrigerator. It's cozy and clean. There's a washing machine in the bathroom, but there are only 2 large towels. There's no footrest, which is a big drawback!! You come out of the shower clean and step on a dirty toilet mat 💀 the bed linen is unironed and immediately thoughts come to mind... It's unironed or wrinkled from the previous client (( And the biggest downside is the COCKROACHES 💀💀 If I had known about them, I would never in my life booked these apartments!! Another thing with these apartments. They are not called as on the website, but Air Residences. We barely found them with the help of a GRAB taxi employee at the airport, at the address. Then there was a problem getting into the room using the code. The owner did not tell you that first you need to press the number 5, the lock will unlock and only then enter the code. It was our first time staying in apartments, so we were not aware of the plans. For people who use them often, this was obvious. So, tired from the road, we spent 1.5 hours unable to get into the apartment ((

RediusOur stay at City Garden Grand Hotel was good overall. The bed was very comfortable, which we really appreciated, the breakfast was a 5/5 ! In fact we came to the hotel just for the breakfast :) and we had a pleasant stay in general.
The air conditioning was a little noisy at night, but it was still manageable. The main disappointment was finding a cockroach in the bathroom, which was definitely not something we expected from a hotel of this standard.
Another issue was the noise from outside. Even though our room was on the 19th floor, we could clearly hear cars and street noise as if the window was open. After checking, we noticed that the window sealing appeared to be defective, which probably explains why so much outside noise was coming into the room.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated the comfortable bed, but better pest control and maintenance of the windows would make the experience much better.

Guest UserThe rooms were spotless, the service was warm and attentive, and the location was convenient. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it! This hotel provided an excellent experience. The rooms were impeccably clean, the beds were soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was very effective. The staff were friendly and check-in was quick. The location is super convenient with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making it easy to get around. It's great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit.

MarusyokThe powerbox opposite the bathroom was heard all around the room.
The room is okay itself, everything is clean (except the windows) and neat. All kitchen utensils, plates, pans, glasses, a corkscrew, even the vegetable cleaner!
The view from the window is fine.
There are enough towels in the bathroom.
Different things as a sewing kit, ear sticks and so on are brought only at request.
Reception works well, I liked the style of check-in and check-out.
The porter helped with the luggage all the time and opened the door.
The breakfast is not a buffet, a little choice of food, I'd prefer some vegetables and potatoes. Eggs are everywhere in the Philippines! Tired, frankly speaking. Instead there are sweet pancakes.
The pool is wonderful: the view, water, it was pleasure to swim. Pool towels are not all the time available, one of the guests helped me, otherwise I wouldn't find them myself.
As for the restaurant Catalogue: they don't ask when to bring drinks, just bring and when you finish, they are cold. Only one napkin is available. Not comfortable!
But some dishes and drinks in the menu are awesome. I'd recommend the drink: watermelon calsmsnsi. It looks beautiful to take a picture and the taste is delicious! Potato leek soup and summer salad are tasty.
Be ready to ask the price of the dishes, it is different at the end!

Good clean hotel, lobby, room and bathroom. That's all that I need on a work travel. Staff are helpful. Breakfast is simple and sufficient. Good not to have wastage. I do wish there was fruit jam (there's butter and peanut butter) for the toast bread. Just my habit in morning breakfast.

As a resident of upmarket Makati, this is where I book family when they visit. Rockwell loosely resembles a kind of sovereign enclave within Manila, thanks to its security, excellent gym, and the Power Plant Mall just across the road—while still being moments from everything Makati has to offer.

Guest UserI arrived in the Philippines late at night. My phone was dead, so I asked the front desk to charge it for me, but they didn't even plug it in. They also wouldn't let me use any of the outlets in the lobby. I needed a room card, but to get one, I had to contact the landlord by phone from the front desk. This wasn't mentioned anywhere in the check-in process, leading to over an hour of frustrating communication at the front desk. The front desk staff didn't seem very friendly. The room was quite small, and while the city view from the upper floor was extensive, it evoked mixed feelings. The room's amenities were basic, but the cleanliness was good. The dual balconies in the L-shaped corner and the evening breeze offered some small comfort.

Anonymous UserPool at night has mosquitoes. Officer and caretaker failed to inform us about the RFID access cut off time. They leave us waiting for 1.5hours. Very hassle for our parents whos both seniors already. Restroom has a drainage foul smell. Place and room is Ok, minimalist.
