Ddennis cruzEnjoyed our holyweek staycation in a very quiet Makati. There is an ongoing mall construction across the street but it was a holiday so no issues. The staff are nice. We appreciate the complimentary snacks and drinks. Nice big pool might need an update soon, need more lights at night.

GGuest UserThis is a classic hotel, well located, full service (though a little slow at times) and it was very busy when we were there at Chinese New Year. The staff are friendly and helpful. This room was small but comfortable. Breakfast is fabulous but be careful of the queues (as well as when checking in and out). The gym is well stocked and the pool area is pleasant although the pool is a little small. The food is good all round. It is conveniently located next to the giant malls of Makati where there is plenty to eat and shop! I enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The lobby is lovely.

The place was homey and inviting, location was superb, breakfast buffet was awesome and the room & bed were very clean & comfy - I slept well. The staff were consistently warm, professional and accommodating. Definitely 5 stars ⭐️.

GGuest UserThe Peninsula Manila, a hotel with over 50 years of history, boasts an excellent location in the heart of Makati, just a 20-minute drive from the airport. It's surrounded by numerous shopping malls, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The hotel lobby is grand and currently has a strong Christmas atmosphere. Both the rooms and bathrooms are spacious, though the facilities are a bit dated, they are still clean and tidy. The staff are all very warm and polite; they readily approved my request for a late check-out. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and tastes great. The outdoor swimming pool has a beautiful environment. It truly lives up to its reputation as a classic five-star hotel, and my stay was excellent.

JJSabinanoGreat rooms, superb pest control. Water pressure is consistently good (hot/cold). Staffs are accomodating and professional. The food is pretty standard (buffet breakfast). Wish they have private onsen but you can still enjoy the pool with glass bottom if your not into naked bath. The antidote bar will definitely one of our favorite amenity (360 makati skyline). Wifi is slow on some parts of the hotel, i suggest that the management upgrade their tv to a smart one that is capable of streaming. Overall the experience was worth the price.

AAnonymous UserOverrated hotel. We entered into I'm Hotel and taken to Oakwood. We were met with rules and regulations and told about the fines. Balcony door didn't seal well and had a bicycle lock on it. Do not stay here if you can not leave your leg high to get into the tub that has a telephone shower. It's definitely not a place I will take my elderly parents. Breakfast is limited and is with the guest from the other hotel. Your juice options are only one. All in all, it's a clean place with ridiculous traffic at entrance. High-end accommodation with a water dispenser in the hallway, so don't expect drinking water in the room. Advice bring a water bottle to collect the water.
