I'M Hotel is located right in.rhe.middle of Makati, with easy access to shops restaurants and shopping mall. The service here has improved significantly since my last stay, and service was very professional and friendly The rooms oh well appointed with a safe, a hair dryer, cupboards, a desk a large LCD TV with a reasonable selection of English speaking channels. The bathroom is a reasonable size and the shower has both a shower rose and a hand held wand. The views from the rooms on the higher floors give a good view across Manila. The swimming pool located on the second level offers a large pool with plenty of Sun lounges looking at across the street and at the neighboring buildings. I'm hotel is it comfortable five star hotel with comfortable beds and I would have no problem recommending it.

It was nice environment and decoration with an wonderful smelling around. Well behaved staff and clean outlook. You will feel welcome always. Highly recommended for staying here.

The hotel is quite decent , breakfast is quite pricey but lots of choices so not bad ,the restaurant staff are amazing actually all staff are Great from reception,concierge and housekeeping .

We had an amazing experience at New World Makati Hotel. The staff were incredibly accommodating and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Makati—and the facilities were clean, modern, and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service.

If you were to stay here, pls opt for the room facing away from Valero Street as there is on-going construction at the opposite. Even at 1 am it is noisy. As for breakfast option, it is simple.I wished it could have more choices. Heck, better you book rooms only and eat out for breakfast. Iron has seen better days and it was not consistent with its heat even though at much lower setting but still almost burnt my working shirt.

Location and what’s inside the room: Among all the hotels I've stayed at in Makati, Seda stands out as a solid choice with a great surrounding area. It's safe to walk around even at night, with numerous dining options just 50 meters from the entrance. The hotel is nice, and with the lobby on the 19th floor, you can enjoy unobstructed views from your room. Our room was on the 30th floor, offering a fantastic view. The toiletries are of good quality, unlike the cheaper options found in other hotels, and they also provide bathrobes and high-quality slippers. This hotel is more of a residence-style accommodation, ideal for longer stays, as it includes a full set of kitchen appliances (toaster, microwave, induction cooker, kettle, rice cooker, and a fully stocked fridge), along with an iron and hairdryer. They also offer a self-service laundry facility in a designated area. Breakfast: Breakfast is available depending on your booking, and if not included, it costs 899 per adult and 450 for kids. The food selection is decent, but the best parts are the fruit & yogurt section and the bread selection. The rest of the offerings are fairly standard. The breakfast area is located on the 35th floor, so you can enjoy a stunning view of the surrounding skyscrapers while dining outdoors. Facilities/Amenities: There’s a game room, gym, playroom, and an outdoor pool with a great view. However, the pool feels a bit lackluster and doesn’t have a lifeguard on duty, making it less ideal for children. My kid typically loves pools, but he found this one boring. It could definitely be improved to make it more inviting and enjoyable. Parking: FREE parking on first come first serve basis. Price: As of April 2025, Seda Residences Makati offers the following room rates: Studio Deluxe (31 sqm): ₱9,055 net per night. Seda Hotels Studio Premier (43 sqm): ₱9,643 net per night. Seda Hotels One-Bedroom Deluxe (50 sqm): ₱10,819 net per night. Seda Hotels One-Bedroom Premier (55-57 sqm): ₱11,642 net per night. Seda Hotels Two-Bedroom Deluxe (93 sqm): ₱14,700 net per night. Seda Hotels Two-Bedroom Premier (108 sqm): ₱16,000 net per night. Three-Bedroom Premier (150 sqm): ₱18,000 net per night. But you get to enjoy some discounts from other platforms like Trip.com depending on your Tier. Overall, the hotel offers good value for the price.

Loved our experience at MDR ❤️ Booked an overnight stay with my son and requested a SIMPLE surprise for him at the room, and yes, THEY MADE IT HAPPEN without confirming nor declining my request. LOVED THE INDOOR POOL because it’s only 4ft and it’s the perfect depth for him without me worrying cos I did not swim 😄 Breakfast was GREAT! We chose the continental bfast buffet but I think they have a filipino buffet also at the 4th floor. LOVED the choices too. Staff were VERY accommodating, polite and friendly. There was a power interruption at 10am until check out but it was fine.

The hotel allowed us to check out late until 2pm free of charge as stated in our booking as gift of trip.com. The room is spacious enough with 2 queen big beds. Modern design but signage like wifi notice should be taken down or make it professional. The service in the roof deck is excellent. They were kind enough to lend us cutleries though we dis not order. Value for money is good considering 2700 is cheap with breakfast already. Overall, we love our stay.

This is undoubtedly a beautiful hotel, which is clean and has all the amenities to be expected of a hotel of this calibre. We enjoyed the breakfast, swimming and gym. Contrary to other reviews, we did not find the hotel dated. Our room, although old style was immaculately maintained. We were disappointed in the service from the front desk. When we checked in we were asked if we required a late check out. We did, but could not confirm how long for. The receptionist told us it wasn’t a problem and we could confirm our late check out by coming back later. When we returned to confirm the time of our late check out, the receptionist (a different lady) said it was not possible and provided information which was completely contradictory to the first receptionist. In the end we were not allowed a late check out, which was disappointing considering we had paid for a room upgrade. Another point to note is the room upgrade price I was quoted on email did not make any mention of tax. Upon check out, however, tax had been added to the upgrade fee. I understand the tax needs to be added, but the lack of transparency in communicating this with me via email is poor for a hotel of this quality. These are minor issues and overall our stay was fantastic.

Overall, we had a good stay at St. Giles. The room was located on the 30th floor, offering a nice view and a peaceful atmosphere above the busy streets below. The air conditioning was cold and refreshing—perfect after a day out in the city. The bed was very comfortable, allowing us to rest well. One downside was the elevator, which was quite slow, especially during peak hours. We also had a bit of a challenging experience with parking, so if you’re bringing a car, it might require some patience. On a positive note, we enjoyed dining at BayLeaf. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, making it a great option for guests who prefer to eat within the hotel. Overall, St. Giles offers a comfortable and pleasant stay in a great location, with just a few minor areas for improvement.
