Hotel Chadstone Melbourne - MGallery Collection Reviews

Room is spacious but the pool is a bit small and don't feel that clean (might due to lack of lights). Hotel's location is great with easy access to the largest shopping center. Staff are super friendly and also provided us a small plate of sweets to celebrate my patterer's birthday.

The hotel is right next to the largest shopping mall, with a direct escalator link straight into it – incredibly convenient! The breakfast also offered a good variety. I've stayed here multiple times, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallery Collection. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, making us feel welcome and well cared for. The room was beautifully styled, clean, and very comfortable perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and of high quality. The absolute highlight of our stay was the swimming pool. It was stunning, with incredible views and a calm, luxurious atmosphere. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some quiet time. The hotel’s location was also ideal, right next to Chadstone Shopping Centre, which made everything so convenient. Overall, a truly 5-star experience. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Melbourne!

Very modern and queen-like brandish style luxurious hotel

The room facilities look nice from a distance, but appear rather worn upon closer inspection. There was no bottled water provided, the towels were only moderately clean, and the housekeeping staff didn’t notice that the box of tissues had run out and failed to replace it.

Excellent location, very convenient for shopping. The hotel is new and beautifully decorated, plus the ground floor restaurant serves delicious food.

The room was clean and comfortable. Located right next to Chadstone Shopping Centre, it's a paradise for both shopping and dining, with incredibly convenient transportation and easy access. Highly recommended.

It is not fair to comment on the facility and interior of the hotel because I made a mistake on date. I tried immediately amend through the app, but the robot does not give me options. I called the apps customer service, but was told that I have to wait. I try to take things on my hand to handle it calling the hotel but getting into the call center. everybody at the call center says that they cannot help with third-party reservation. But the third-party which is Trip.com told me through its agent and it’s robot that it’s talking to Hotel and it’s checking if the hotel can help me to change the date. This is not true the hotels I told me that they cannot touch the reservation. I’m not sure which side is lying, but I know I’m being kicked around by both side. OK fine. I will never use you again and I will do my best to make sure that everybody knows my experience. Thank you very much.

A great choice for business travelers! Highly recommended

I have written down a note in advance saying if they can prepare a small surprise for my partner’s birthday as I wanted to surprise him and I was willing to pay extra if needed. When we got there, the receptionist did not know anything about it. I still haven’t received the refund from the $200 deposit they took from my account and it’s been almost a week since our trip. Tried calling hotel but no one answers.

Being a five star hotel I would have expected complimentary toothbrush, or even complimentary water at a minimum. Overall lovely staff members and beautiful building and rooms.
