Good location and easy to reach city centre! Nice breakfast!

Really enjoyed our stay, easy check in and out. However, slight mixup and confusion at first by giving up a room that someone has already booked, luckily when we went in they weren’t in but they sorted it and ensured us it wouldn’t happen to us.

The room is very comfortable to stay, and the quailty of breakfast is very good.

It was a good stay at Holiday Inn Manchester West. A free parking is essential and most convenient to family travel.

Good breakfast. Spacious room including a big bath room. Very quiet area, especially evening and night. Only a few restaurants nearby with almost no guests, so returned to take the dinner at hotel lobby restaurant.

Location: very good (for concert at the ao arena), free parking: great, staff: great, breakfast: very good (lot of choice)....but bedroom above main street and very noisy...didn't sleep well. Soundproofing: very poor

Nice and friendly service, tasty breakfast, room is good and clean.

Value for money. However, there are visible blood dot on the quilt which was not ideal.

We booked this hotel for a concert at Old Trafford Cricket Ground. It was a quick drive away from there. The hotel was very nice, friendly staff and good breakfast. Room was very clean too.
