I enjoyed my stay as the staff were very friendly and helpful. The reception and breakfast area are good but the hotel and rooms are in desperate need of an update as every area is worn and need of fresh decoration including curtains and carpets. The bathrooms are in need of a refurbishment and the shower water pressure is abysmal. The towels were very worn and tatty but clean. The standard of the cleaning was very good and beds were always clean and fresh. I would go again for the warm welcome and friendly staff.

Very nice stay. There is a nearby McDonald's nearby the hotel. Bed is comfortable and breakfast is excellent.

All good just that the breakfast is same and basic American breakfast for all Milton so if stay more than a day you going to eat exact same thing.

The room is spacious, the bed and pillow are comfortable and had a sleep because of that. The breakfast is good too.

The location was good. The cleanliness is not great. The spare bed was not comfortable at all. The breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. That was Amble parking space available

The front desk Staff was nice. Room was prepared for the extra bed before I came. Everything was good except there was some rubbish left behind in my room.

It was convinient to travel to Ethihad stadium and city center if you have a car. It might be difficult if you want to only use pilublic transport. The room was clean and the breakfast was also good
