Was ok for a few nights but i wouldn't say it was a 4* hotel. They asked for a £40 deposit which i wasn't aware of!

Amazing hotel! The man who greeted me at reception for check in was very nice and professional. Rooms were very clean with complementary still/sparkling water in the fridge. Kettle and Teabags were also available if needed. The room did only have 1 chair at the desk which was a bit annoying, however not a major critique. Shower was very nice, towels and hand soaps / shower gels were provided. However the bathroom door did not have a lock on it as it was a sliding door. It was fine for us since we went as a couple, but is something to take note of. All in all, Great stay!!

The staff is not not really welcoming. There is blood which can be removed by us on bed. That means they did not wash the bed sheet before we coming? But the bathroom is nice.

It was perfect location to stay, we was to Depeche Mode concert in AO Arena 10 away to walk, rooms in nixe is well

Really really bad service, especially a Asian reception staff. Firstly, we live in a room which is close to a barbecue restaurant downstairs, the smoke directly poured into the room so we asked for a change around 3 pm, but accidentally to be told that all the rooms are fully booked. However, meanwhile we can see a lot of guests standing in the hall to wait for a check-in. Liar! Secondly, the handle of the window in my room cannot be turned so the window kept open. When we called the reception (Asian man) for help but he just gave us an excuse “ The handle truly cannot be turned for some’ security reason’, and all the rooms are the same.” It was such a windy day and we lived in a room with an open window, suffering from coldness. After our repeated requests, the reception finally gave us a new room, and we found that the windows of the new room could be closed normally. But the Asian receptionist who was caught lying didn't even offer an apology. Liar! Thirdly, the air conditioner is my original room is broken, some receptionist who checked our room also gave us an excuse like “every room is the same ,just take it easy”, but this problem is totally missing when we moved into the new room— the air conditioner can work well. Above all, I’m just wondering whether the manager of this hotel is teaching his staff to lie to the guests to comfort every guest, or the Asian receptionist is exactly a racist, who treats people of different colors differently, treating me as an *****. I hope the hotel can give me a fair explanation.
