Hotel is clean and condusive for people who want to explore the city because the location is very accessible. Great service and the staff were really courteous and nice!

Room was adequate for my needs, located in the heart of Ermita. Near Intramuros and Rizal Park, surrounded by lots of real life moments with lots of flavour. Great local sports bar and eateries that aren’t for the faint of heart but a must for cultural immersion. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Value for money.

It's good hotel for the fist Philippine trip. Good location in Manila. Very nice hotel staff. Highly recommended if you are looking for economic hote and first time trip in Philippine.

Good location. The security at the gate is also very nice. The common problem of cheap hotels in Manila is that the equipment and facilities are relatively outdated. It is a bit different from domestic express hotels. But at this price, what bike do you need?

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was neat and clean but the noise from cars on the street was extremely loud and the surrounding area felt quite unsafe.

A one of a kind experience. The Hotel is very nice and has a good services. When it comes to staff these two person that greeted me warmly Ms. Andrea. and Mr. Richmond are just like a medicine, they took away the stress in me. Specially this chinito :) Mr. Richmond, he treated me like a VIP and I felt like I'm home. :) hindi ko to naramdaman sa mga ibang hotels before. :) so good job po. I will highly recommend this Hotel to my family and friends. Thank you so much for the best accommodation, sa uulitin. :)

The hotel is situated close to Rizal Park, just a 3-minute walk away. Nearby, there's a 24-hour 7-11 shop, as well as McDonald's, KFC, and Wendy's. I wouldn't recommend eating at McDonald's because I found an insect in my juice when I dined in there. The staff is friendly and helpful.
However, the hotel room didn't meet my expectations. Firstly, there was a blood stain on the bedsheet. Secondly, the shampoo had run out. The showerhead was broken; water didn't spray evenly but gushed out in a single stream. Also, there was no hairdryer provided.
