It should be a better five-star hotel in Marbella, but the experience was average and I would not stay there again. The pictures of the Ctrip suite are not consistent with the reality. The reality is that it is an ordinary hotel room with an extra sofa, and the room has a musty smell. Ctrip stated that it would open in 2020. I thought it was a new hotel, but the actual decoration is relatively old. I don’t understand why it was a hotel that opened in 2020. The front desk service does not meet the five-star standard. I completed the formalities in the morning and came to pick up the room card in the afternoon. There was only one person at the front desk, which was very slow and I had to wait for a long time.
The advantage of the hotel is that there are many restaurants. It feels good to eat at night. The location is by the sea and it is very comfortable to walk.

We have a nice stay in puente romano. We have room in Nobu 243 but close to PR recepcion. Sergio help me with everything i need. He is very profesional. Make me restuarant booking. He is the best !!! We will be back soon !!! The breakfast is amazing

Excellent experience. Not cheap but food, service, fun, sea, view, silence- EVERYTHING I WAS LOOKING FOR came very naturally in a beautiful environment. Having Nobu, Coya, Cipriani and many more in walking distance makes this vacation destination one of my favorites. I will be back

It was an incredible experience to relax and clear my mind. The staff was friendly, helpful and provided excellent services. I highly recommend Puente Romano; it's the best place not only for couples or families, as everyone will be happy here :)

this was our fourth time in Punete Romano and for us there is no better place to stay in Marbella. the service is fantastic, the staff is super nice (especially for kids), the rooms are big and cleaned very well and the restaurants are amazing. we will for sure come back next year!

First class as always!!! The new restaurant additions were tremendous namely Cipriani and COYA. As usual the room was excellent and the breakfast gets better every year. All the staff were brilliant and helpful too! We love the way the Hotel continues to improve year on year. See you all soon!

Stayed with whole family. Clean and very sizeable room (kids had their sofa bed in a separate area), great service, outstanding food options, amazing breakfast, super sports options including a brand new gym, kid’s loved it and we decided to extend our stay!

We planned to stay in town but after having been in a few cities on our trip we ended up in the resort, our second time although the last time was four years ago. The perfect choice! We had an amazing suite, lovely amenities at night. Excellent service at the desk and in the room by housekeeping. The duty manager came to say hello at dinner and asked when we wanted service. Brilliant guest service. Breakfast was magical, and cudos to the chef, who went out of his way three times for something I requested, up to getting vegan pancakes from the restaurant next door. Massive spread of fun and delicious items every morning. This was heaven to start the day, on the terrace in the sun in March with a sea view… I also loved a morning walk on the pathway along the beach, no cars, the entire setting is fabulous. Gorgeous gardens and smelling flowers everywhere. Tropical almost… We also planned to eat out at night and see town but the plaza is such a treat with diversity in restaurants that we ended up doing Nobu one night, which never fails, have a great Thai meal the next and did Coya, new this season apparently, on the 3rd eve. We’ll be back for sure. Thank you to all staff. We loved it.
