The room is too small, and considering the price of 970 RMB/night, it is really not worth it. The photos are alluring. The so-called train station shuttle bus is completely deceptive. They can only call a taxi for you, and you have to go to the train station to get it. The fee is 250DH, and the meter is estimated to be up to 30DH. Similar to Hong Kong Pigeon Cage.

I write this review while still in the hotel, such is our happiness with the quality and service being provided. From arrival when we were greeted with a cup of mint tea and biscuits, followed by a short tour of the Riad, we have experienced a level of attentive and sincere service that is so far beyond expectation it would put a 5 star hotel to shame. All of the staff we have encountered have been amazing, from the receptionist on the front desk to the team at breakfast - more on that in a minute! The room and the decor in the Riad is beautiful, Iraqi Moroccan they tell us, it’s so tasteful it has literally inspired us to consider redecorating when we get home!! OK breakfast… my goodness. No greasy fry ups here, just traditional Moroccan breads and bakes, freshly squeezed orange juice, fruits and pastries both savoury and sweet, and lovely coffee topped up as required. So delicious and a perfect start to provide the energy for another hectic day in the directly adjacent Medina. The staff are attentive and smiling, real smiles that reach their eyes. One example, I commented on how delicious the savoury chicken pastries were… a minute later a plate arrives with 2 more! Whoever the owners of this Riad are, they should be absolutely delighted at how perfectly the staff are representing their business. Absolutely first class in every respect.

When we were taken to the alley the riad is situated in, we thought "Really? It's down here?" but as behind the wooden door we received a lovely welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast a newly discovered Moroccan treat. The location is also ideal as just a short walk from the main square and close to good value restaurants.

Riad was great value - in a very convenient location, all of the staff were extremely helpful and so so kind and the decor itself is also beautiful! Our host Zakoinia, gave us useful advice to navigate around Marrakech including areas to avoid, when to tip, and also helped us arrange our requested services (private transfers and laundry) within minutes. The private transfers were organised with people collecting us directly from the Riad and walking us to the car. We also told Zakoinia and another staff to not worry about making our breakfast as we were leaving earlier than the time they serve breakfast (7am-10am) however they both insisted to cook us breakfast earlier so we wouldn’t miss out. We even got early check-in (at 9am) even though we didn’t ask for it! I would recommend this Riad to anyone looking to stay in Marrakech.

Amazing experience in this elegant and new Riad in the very heart of Marrakech (2 minutes walk from Place Jmaa el Fnaa). The Riad's decoration is beautiful, the bed is super confortable, the bathroom has all the ammenities needed and all the staff members we very friendly, funny and helpful. We could easily chat with them in French and English. The breakfast was made with tasteful local cuisine and in a lovely covered terrasse. We also booked with them the aeroport-riad transfer (we arrived late at night), and Younes had already texted us when we landed to make sure we were waiting the driver and stayed online until we confirmed we were in the car. I strongly reccommend staying in this Riad. They take care of every detail. Thank you Alid and your team for making our stay a complete delight!

Abdil was an amazing host and I would definitely stay here again . Recommend highly. Rooms were beautiful decor and attention to detail . Breakfast was abundant and wholesome , great coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice . Staff were so friendly

Beautiful, well decorated and very well located. Our reception was very friendly and professional, with tea and biscuits, but that was all, no one offered tips or help on places to visit or avoid in the city. We didn't like the bathroom, as the shower doesn't have a door or even a curtain. As a result, the bathroom gets soaked every time the shower is used. For the price charged, it is inexcusable. The breakfast is personalized, and the staff are very friendly!
