The design of the room is very bad, if you want to use your own private bath, you have to put on your clothes after taking a shower, and then walk back to the end of the room before walking out to the bath, why is the bathing place not next to the bath? Besides, the food is terrible! We booked breakfast and dinner, because of the location of the hotel there are no restaurants nearby, but it was really very disgusting, and no choice, and did not understand whether the guests have food sensitivities, or what food cannot be eaten, the only option is to eat and Buried and not eaten. Feeling very disappointed.

The rooms were clean and the food was very delicious.

旅館離車站遠，又沒有提供接駁服務，check in連飲料都不提供。用餐時間一點都沒有彈性，早點到或晚一點到都不行，早餐不好吃，性價比低

We stayed here on our wedding anniversary. It was our first time at a Hoshino Resort. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves until the 12 o'clock check-out. Most of the staff were young, and they were highly motivated and smiled and polite. There are tea ceremonies (for those who want to participate), Kagura, and morning exercises (for the first 6 people) every day, so we participated in all of them. For the tea ceremony, we received a sign for the time we wanted and went through the garden to a separate building. A person from a school of tea that I had never heard of before made tea and gave us sweets. The room was made with a lot of local ingredients (the refrigerator did not have a freezer function), and the open-air bath was at the perfect temperature and was very comfortable. There was a festival in the neighborhood during the summer vacation period, so we purchased tickets at the front desk, and after dinner, we went to the festival before the Kagura started. We watched the Kagura from 9 p.m. from the front row. It was more impressive than we expected and was really good. We were able to take commemorative photos after the event and had a great time. It seems that the staff members play different roles every day. The indoor bath in the large communal bath is the same as that of Tonbo-no-Yu in Karuizawa. You can make a pack in the hot spring, and you can get a sake pack only at night. The smell of alcohol was so strong that I almost got drunk. lol After the bath, tea, vitamin drinks, and white rose ice cream were prepared. The food was also delicious.

I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days with my family. It is a 2-story building. There are large hotels with 4 floors or more lined up along the river. There was an open-air bath in the room. Iwami Kagura can be seen from 21:15 to 21:30, free of charge. There is a sake bar, and a reservation is required for a 3-item set of 1000 yen. The 3-item sake bar set in the room was 1000 yen. Breakfast and dinner were very delicious. I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days in a row, and they changed the breakfast food and it was delicious. However, there were no handrails in the toilet or private open-air bath, and there was only one large bath indoors, and there were no handrails in the large open-air bath, and there were no handrails in the open-air bath in the room either, so care was required. Shavers are only available in the large bath, but if you call the front desk, they will bring one to your room. White gravel is spread all over the large bath and the indoor open-air bath, but there are greenery and weeds growing there. I think it would be better to remove the weeds to make it cleaner. Sightseeing To get to the Adachi Museum of Art, take a taxi from Tamatsukuri Onsen for 40 minutes, costing about 12,000 yen. Advance reservations are required. In Shimane, renting a car is the best way to get to Izumo Taisha Shrine in the west and the Adachi Museum of Art in the east (however, when I tried to turn around while driving, other cars would not let me in). It would be nice to have local tours such as bird watching tours, Lake Shinji sunset tours (shuttle buses, etc.), and bicycle rentals.

部屋についた露天風呂が、最高でした。 滞在中、機会があるごとに何度もはいってしまいます。 また、部屋でのチェックイン時や、レストランでのスタッフの方の対応もとても良く、素晴らしい時間をすごすことができました。 料理は、夕食も朝食も美味しく、ちょうど良い量です。 スタッフの方が実演されるご当地楽の神楽「ヤマタノオロチ」も適度な時間で、その土地の魅力を感じることができ有意義な時間でした。 他に、大浴場の湯上がりにある界ではおなじみの無料のアイスキャンディーも美味しくいただきました。 星野リゾート界ならではの、ホスピタリティを感じることができ、再訪したくなる、素晴らしい宿だとおもいます。
