Favorite hotel in Medan. The location is in an area that is not too congested. Rooms are clean, breakfast is so so... (cold and unattractive, looks like the rest of sahur is continued for breakfast for guests who are not fasting). The friendliness of the service is also really down compared to previous years here...

Rooms are clean and comfortable, hotel employees are friendly. Access to the city is also easy.

The room is old, the hygiene is poor, the bedding is old and dirty, the hotel is shown to be close to the train station, but in fact it is very far away, it is very inconvenient to eat and shop in a remote place, the front desk service is warm.

Good hotel even though there is no street food around the location but to get to the nearby mall it is not far by car
