We stayed here for 3 nights and were very happy overall! 😊 The hotel fully met our expectations on the key points. Breakfast was a special treat! 🍳🥗 There was an excellent selection of dishes every morning. We especially loved the variety of egg options: sunny-side up, omelets, and scrambled eggs – all fresh and delicious. Plenty of salads, vegetables, and fruits, so even picky eaters will find something they like. 👍 The rooms were clean and cozy. 🛏️🧼 Housekeeping was done on time, without us having to remind them. The housekeepers worked diligently and discreetly. Linens and towels were changed regularly. It's nice not to have to ask for anything. 👏 The location was absolutely fantastic! 📍🚶♂️ Right in the heart of Melbourne. Major attractions, shopping streets, restaurants, and the waterfront were all within a 5-15 minute walk. No need to spend money on taxis or public transport – everything is nearby. Very convenient for tourists. 🌆 Cons: ❌ There was no safe in the room. 🔒 This was unexpected for me, as hotels of this caliber usually offer a safe for storing valuables and documents. I had to carry everything with me or leave it in my suitcase, which was a bit inconvenient. I hope the management will consider this and add safes to the rooms. 🙏 Overall impression: 4.5 out of 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨ The hotel is excellent, especially for those who value a convenient location and a good breakfast. If not for the lack of a safe, I would have given it a solid five. Recommended! 😄👍 Tip for future guests: If a safe is important to you, there might be one at reception.

Highly recommend Hotel Grand Chancellor Melbourne! The hotel is centrally located in the CBD, within walking distance of Chinatown, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding food. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding comfortable, and the front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in efficient. The rooftop pool offers fantastic views. Overall, it's a quiet and comfortable place, suitable for both leisure and business travelers. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Melbourne.

Located just a few hundred meters from Chinatown, there's an abundance of delicious food right outside the door, more than you could possibly try. The room was quiet for sleeping, even though it was small. Overnight parking next to the hotel was $45.

I stayed for 4 nights. The location is excellent, very convenient for shopping and sightseeing, being close to a shopping center and the State Library. The front desk staff were very helpful and provided clear explanations. The room was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. I had no complaints at all. The instant coffee and tea amenities were consistently replenished, which was a nice touch. Although they don't provide PET bottled water in the room, there's a refill station for PET bottles next to the reception on the ground floor, so it wasn't an issue. The only things to note about the room amenities were the absence of a toothbrush, slippers, and a safe deposit box, but these weren't major problems for my trip. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.

Hygiene: The hygiene was really good, and the staff were all very warm and patient. Food: The breakfast was standard Western fare, quite extensive. Location: It's very close to Chinatown and Kmart, making dining and shopping convenient. Note: You'll need to bring your own toiletries and slippers. Downside: One thing I really couldn't understand though was why there was no duvet cover; they used two sheets to sandwich the duvet. I just don't get it.

Since we arrived early in the morning, the hotel was excellent. They knew my wife was pregnant and allowed us to check in a little earlier so she could rest properly. Overall, it was good, apart from a bit of noise. However, I think this is due to poor sound insulation, a problem that seems to be common throughout Australia. It's very convenient though, with bus and light rail stations right downstairs, making it easy to get to various attractions.

Great location in the CBD, with a convenience store right outside and Chinatown just around the corner. The price is reasonable, and the staff are all very warm and friendly. Definitely a hotel worth staying at!
