I loved my room . Abit outdated but the layout of the place was fabulous

This is Apartment living with some spare rooms used as a Hotel. The bed was absolutely horrible, every movement there was a new spring poking through and needed 3 paper thin pillows just to keep your head level. The floor was filthy and definitely hadnt been moped, used a baby wipe on the floor in kitchen (see photo). Door handles for toilet doors almost falling off. Damage to walls. Dishwasher doesnt work. Spa feature of bath doesnt work. There are no blockout blinds, when being opposite the melbourne police station, if i can see in, they can see me, absolutely no privacy at any time of day. In the middle of the night, there is so much light coming in from the street its almost daytime inside the room. If you love cars and trams, you'll love this "hotel" because you'll hear every single one of them travel past on Spencer and Latrobe, not to mention emergency services sirens, there is absolutely no sound proofing (we we're on the top floor). Neighbouring apartment arrived home at 6am and turned music on that came blasting through walls, that was a pleasent wake up after getting F all sleep. This place should not be operating as a hotel it is well below any expectations, i would never recommend anyone to stay at Arrow on Spencer.

My recent stay at Arrow on spencer was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. The check-in process was seamless, and I was delighted by the attention to detail throughout my entire stay.

The room was very hot so we opened the window to be confronted with a tick layer of dust in the hinge area and outside of the window, large amounts of pigeon poo. There were small beetles in the kitchen cupboard and on the floor. Reception person was friendly and efficient.

Sijainti todella hyvä ja plussaa kun saimme kirjautua ulos maksutta hieman myöhemmin. Aula oli täynnä kärpäsiä mistä tuli heti aika epäsiisti vaikutelma, rappukäytävä myös aikansa elänyt. Itse huone olisi ehdottomasti remontin tarpeessa, olohuoneen nahkasohva oli kammottava. Sängyt kuitenkin siistit mistä suuri plussa, olivat siistimmät kuin huone muuten. Keittiössä hyvät varustelut.

It’s so cozy that we wish can stay longer! Location is great, Coles is just 5mins away! Free tram at the door step! Receptionist is friendly and nice, allowed for early check in! Thank u so much!

It is called Harbour View but our view is a cement wall and the windows and cement wall are covered in bird poo. Nothing like what we were expecting. When we went to have our tea in our room there were NO Forks. Mentioned to receptionist and she didn't really want to know and certainly didn't do anything to improve our situation

Good value for money

Good location but quite old Big room more space for 2 people Close to tram and grocery , reasonable price But the noice from traffic is too much loud

An expensive backpacker hostel. Filthy carpets (to the point of using the towels to walk on!). Stains on pretty much everything.

My stay was trouble free ,good spot for dinning , shows , and close to transport

This would have to be one of the worst rooms we have ever stayed in would never stay or recommend this place to anyone we booked it on *********** and the pictures they have on *********** are definitely not the room we stayed in very deceiving . When we arrived they told us that they had upgraded us to a room with a double bed and single bed omg what a joke I would of hated to see what the other room looked like as the upgrade room was terrible the floor we were on smelt a terrible smell in the foyer smelt like stale cooking odours. The room was terrible it had horrible scuffed wooden floors that were not even maintained it had a small tv in the corner near the sliding doors had to sit on end of couch to watch it. The beds were on rollers and kept moving when trying to get in. The double bed had an 80’s bed head with the side tables draws was broken . The toilet was old discoloured and didn’t flush took a few goes to get it to flush walls are dirty, the blinds were dirty when you pulled them down. Very disappointed I was even contemplating on going down the road to book into another motel but decided not to . I had another night booked in October to stay here again as soon as I got home I cancelled it as there is no way I would ever stay in this place again. Arrow on Spencer you need to up your game or take off those photos on *********** as these are definitely not the room we stayed in.

My room seemed dirty, seemed dusty, bathroom shower head was terrible 608 room no good. There was a mark on the carpet in front of bathroom. Looked like blood. Grose

Can’t fault the location. Right in front of a tram stop, few minutes away from supermarket. Room is dated but has everything we needed.
