This is two hotels connected. But services were not always available on the side we were staying on. There was a lot of confusion on the part of the staff as to where to go for what. The floor was dirty in our room. No coffee maker in room. Dining options limited.

Clean, modern rooms. However, the lack of staff and customer service is unacceptable. Spent 15 minutes just trying to find the reception desk (there is none) employee at the small (looked like a grocery check out) desk appeared to be under the influence. No signage to tell you where to check in. The property is connected to another, and some exterior doors were locked - just a un-welcoming mess. On top of that, the city was under a BOIL WATER order, due to winter weather/broken pipes. the check-in employee failed to inform me of this. Luckily, I found out from another visitor before drinking the tap water. There were no coffee pots in the room, and no coffee available in the lobby. I had to request bottled water, and was only given two bottles for two guests. IF I WERE RUNNING THIS HOTEL, I would have offered the bottled water at check in. The valet was also absent from his station at check in (6 pm) and check out (10 am). I would avoid staying here due to the complete absence of customer service and staff.

It was unfortunate our room faced a parking lot.
Otherwise it was clean, eco-friendly and centrally located to Beale Street.

This place was cutesy and aesthetic. The bar was extremely overpriced and the bar tender was a little rude. otherwise super great stay!

Valet and check in were a tad confusing - but that could be because we got in late after a full day of driving.
We will absolutely be back.

Beals street and all of the downtown restaurants were in walking distance from the Hotel.. it was our anniversary and we had a great time..

This hotel was better than I expected! The room size was perfect and not a peep from any neighbors was heard. The location was more than perfect! Literally, you are one block from Beale Street. Parking, although not on site, is directly across the street and when being there, it was only $12/day vs. valet being an additional $32. Staff were all great. And, fellow guests were also nice and atmosphere was outstanding! Definitely would stay here again!

Very modern style factory conversion. Room, facilities and staff were all of top quality. Couldn't be better situated for an exploration of the musical and political heritage of Memphis.
