Later, I booked 4 double beds and 1 parent-child room. In the afternoon of the 13th, I was stuck at the scenic spot and wanted to change the itinerary. I applied for a refund on the platform but was rejected. I called the hotel again, but they didn't explain that there was a non-cancellable rule when booking. They only replied: Don't call us! Call Ctrip customer service! The words are not so dead... I called Ctrip customer service, and it only replied 3 hours later that the hotel replied that it could not be refunded, and the fees had been incurred. If you refund, you will be charged 80% of the fees... But ** replied immediately, and the explanation was very detailed. 2. The cost performance is very low. When checking in, they said that the registration system was broken, and all the people and ID cards who checked in were taken by the front desk with a mobile phone. The big shower head in the room was broken, and the small shower head had very little water. I had to turn it to the hottest temperature to take a shower in the morning. The bedding was not changed for each guest. There were hairs on the quilt when I pulled it open. The sound insulation was very poor. The difference between the 1200+ large bed and 1600+ parent-child room was too big. The parent-child room was just a rough move of the large bed and a small steel bed. The head of the bed was facing the socket, which was not safe at all. I wanted to turn on the air conditioner, but the remote control didn't respond after pressing it for a long time. I opened the battery and found that there was only one battery... I don't recommend staying here.
