I have been staying at Odalys' Le Hameau for many years and I am never disappointed. Accommodation is always clean, warm and in a great location for a ski/snowboarding holiday. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to go self catering.

We had a great stay in both a 4 and 4/5 person room. The 4/5 person had a significantly larger kitchen so would definitely recommend that if you are planning on cooking multiple larger meals for the group. Location is amazing, truly ski in ski out! Would definitely stay again!

Great location right next to the slopes. Nearby grocery store, restaurants. A great ski area for advanced skiers. No wifi in the room (only at the reception), mobile data worked tragically in the evening (Orange). Only the distance from the Czech Republic (1,400 km) :-)

We arrived at 3pm after a long drive from Troyes. We had a text to say the room was ready which was great. I checked in and we were told we were in Arpasson block. We duly unloaded the car only to discover there are 2 Arpasson blocks- would have been handy to be told which block we were in. Having eventally discovered the location of the appar**ent we moved all our luggage, skis etc to the other block, only to find the bedroom consisted of bunk beds- we are 61 and 70 respectively and clearly this was not an option! I returned to reception and was met with downright hostiltiy from a receptionist (dark hair, pony tail) I asked to speak to a manager. The manager was very nice and agreed the accomodation was unsuitable. She gave me the keys to another appar**ent in the other Arpasson block. Again, we moved all the luggage, skis etc.. and guess what.. the new appar**ent only had bunk beds!! I returned to reception and spoke to her again- it seemed she didn't believe me and accompanied me to the second appar**ent. She then said OK- I have another appar**ent but it will need cleaning. We agreed and moved (again) all the luggage skis etc. to reception. My 70 year old husband was exhausted by this time so I did it myself (4 journeys) with no offer of assistance. We repaired to the bar and at 6pm (3 hours after we had arrived) we gained entrance to the third appar**ent, which was fine if a bit tired, with proper beds, but no oven- only a microwave. To be fair, on this occasion the manager did arrange for the luggage to be taken to the room. I then realised the linen pack we had prepaid was still in appar**ent No1! Once again down to reception only to be asked and cross examined (by the previously mentioned receptionist) to prove I had ordered said pack- I confess I had had enough by now and may have been less than polite! To add insult to injury my hands were so full of linen that I could not see where I was going and slipped and injured myself on the very icy (uncleared) path. Thankfully the rest of the stay was reasonably pleasant and uneventful On departure day - it is really difficult to load a car as any (limited) parking is a good 5 mins walk away. I made 4 trips to the car and we were loaded and ready. It took me 2 hours to achive this. I returned the linen to reception and was greeting by the same receptionist- he told me to take the linen downstairs and if I didn't he would charge me 35 euros. Few questions: Receptionist is clearly in the wrong job, rude and lack of information Charging for towels and sheets in this day and age! How often are the blankets washed? Our appar**ent apparently slept 5 but was tight even with 2 at least 3 would be sleeping in the lounge area and god knows where you would put 5 people's kit! Trying to be positive: It is genuinely ski in ski out right on the green run down to Meribal Mottaret and therefore completely accessible to whole of Trois Vallees Bar is nice with friendly staff, likewise the ski shop

Apar**ent was clean, modern, well -equipped and good value. Kitchen had everything including a new dish washer and there were games including a Scrabble ( that gets 5 stars on its own!) Apar**ent was warm and had a great shower in a fancy bathroom. Staff on desk only available 4-6 but we're helpful. Local Skiset were very good. Location great for skiing although local amenities limited - a good Carrefour but 2 restaurants not so impressive ( avoid the snooty Spatule!) . A short cable car ride takes you to Meribel Mottatet centre with more eating options. Personally, I think the skiing might be slightly better from Les Menuires due to greater number of runs.

Stayed April 2022, 2 adults and a little kid. Good things: location is very convenient. Ski in and out, nice bars and restaurants close by. The apar**ent had a really beautiful view. The kitchen was ok for cooking and reasonably well stocked. Bad things: I don’t have high standards for ski accommodation. We always stay in cheap sc apar**ents but this is by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The room wasn’t very clean. The beds were very uncomfortable - 2 bunk beds and a single. No duvets, just horrible sheets rented from the reception. The worst thing was check in. The queue was literally hours - one person on check in working very very slowly. When we eventually got to check in our room wasn’t ready and nowhere to leave the bags unless you just leave them in the reception area that’s open to the public. So we had to hang around for more hours.

Rental towels a joke No bath mat or dish cloths. Apar**ent tiny for 4, and would not recommend for more than 2. Comfortable enough for one. Charge for WiFi in this day and age not acceptable. TV could be a lot better. Still awaiting refund of security deposit, and payment for sheets that was unnecessary, but not clear on the website.

A great apar**ent in a great location with a good shop onsite, plus ski hire and a bar. Also good for kids to play outside in the evening. Apar**ent needs some basic upgrades. More drawer sets for clothes during our stay. Many more hooks to hang things like keys, clothes and towels etc.

My daughter went skiing with her partner at the beginning of January 2023 and paid a 300 euro deposit on arrival. She was told by the receptionist that this would be refunded into her bank account no later than 48 hours after departure. Two weeks later and still no sign of the deposit. Several emails to crystalski have also come to nothing, with just a short reply to contact the apar**ent reception directly. This response I find very disappointing. Please be very careful when handing over your deposit to this complex as you may not get it back
