I liked the location. I liked the uniqueness of the hotel. The staff was awesome. There were ants in the bathroom. Lots of them. I should’ve received an upgrade and VIP amenities but did not. Wasn’t even offered. But a good stay overall.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Orchid House! The property's really colorful, the adjoining restaurant is a perfect place to 'gram, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating, even lending us the maids' iron. The rooms, like any in Mexico City, are on the smaller side, but they're really well stocked and we loved the beautiful, bright bathroom with the freestanding bathtub.

The hotel is everything it promises to be. Orchid House is a lovely, quiet, boutique hôtel with a friendly welcome, a great atmosphere, and amazingly comfortable beds and pillows! We easily walked to the must see attractions and best restaurants in Polanco, and the breakfast that was included in the room rate was the perfect start to each day. I will highly recommend Orchid House to all of our friends, and we will definitely be back!

I like that different pieces of art were displayed for sale. Very unique. If I could improve in one aspect of my stay it would be the variety of the breakfast that was included in the stay.

I would ignore this hotel at all costs. The rooms are small and don't even have a full window. It was noisy throughout our stay. For breakfast they seem to serve left overs from what have left. Very limited options. We decided to have our breakfast somewhere else after our first morning. They also charged 40$+tax per night for my 4 year old son without even providing a crib.

Location of the hotel is very convenient, safe and walkable area. Room is cozy, nice interior design, large two sink bathroom. Restaurant in the hotel very convenient. We would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is gorgeous and very unique, we always felt safe, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located near several restaurants and bars for upscale dining.

our room, number 2, was next to the front desk and we could hear noice all day and all night. It was hard to get some rest as the front desk clerk was listening to music or videos, talking, etc...
