Positive: The room was ok clean. We had a good sleep. The working desk was really nice, the wifi okish. The airport shuttle was also nice. Negative: No coffee provided and the swimming trunks from someone before left in the bathroom. We called the reception and they told us, that someone would show up to bring coffee and remove the swimming trunk. But nothing happened. Besides of this, this hotel is not well maintained. There are holes in the gangway - It's better not to look too closely. All in all its totally overpriced, but there are not so many option that close to the airport. 🤷♀️

The service of the old brand hotel is very good! I booked it for the free shuttle bus! There is a hotel bus station outside the airport! I waited for the hotel shuttle bus there for a while and it was sent to the hotel smoothly! The fat shuttle bus driver was very good and took the initiative to help with the luggage and check in! Facilities: Although the hotel is relatively old, the facilities are very well maintained! Hygiene: Clean and tidy! The room attendants are very good and responsive! Environment: Good! After breakfast! Go out from the restaurant! The scenery is nice! Service: The front desk clerk is serious and responsible! Skilled in business! Very efficient!

The room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable, and it feels good to stay. It is very close to the airport and only takes a few minutes. There is an airport shuttle bus. The driver is very professional and takes you directly to the check-in counter entrance of the corresponding flight. It is very nice. The overall service feels good

Very satisfied with the hotel and booking experience! I booked the hotel on "Ctrip". The hotel is stylishly decorated, clean and sanitary. Check-in and check-out are very fast. The hotel has a shuttle bus to Miami Airport 24 hours a day, every 15 minutes, and the breakfast is on the first floor. It tastes very good. The swimming pool is also on the first floor. The bed in the hotel is too soft. It is near the airport, so the noise from the airplanes is a bit loud. Parking is charged, but it is convenient.

The pillow is uncomfortable, it would be better if it is replaced with a latex pillow
