Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Miami - Coral Gables

The staff is what makes this place amazing. Nora is always friendly, accommodating, and extremely helpful with my requests. She was my ”recreation director” during my stay, and trill took care of me and my son while we were there. Juan, one of the managers, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable and ”at home”. Yeilly addressed every issue I brought to her attention. Angelo promptly fixed a jammed window shade in my room. Lisette, the other manager was always friendly and helpful. Andres and Vincent were my breakfasts hosts that I enjoyed my morning coffee with.

I think this hotel has more slots Advantages: The location is very good. It is a 10-minute drive from the bayside market and a 10-minute drive to the island. The gate is a miami trolley terminal (the bus is free and there are many lines). The welcome is a hot chocolate tart, and free ice water and limited wines are available in the lobby. The waiter was warm. The restaurant 8 and 1/2 downstairs is good, the Italian girl is warm and patient. Disadvantages: Check in at 16:00, which is a little early, so wait until 4:30 to get ready. In addition, if check in is later than required, additional fees will apply. Room facilities are not new. Downstairs is a construction site, as if building a church. It has been more than a year. Workers started work at 7 o'clock on weekdays. Don't expect too much of a room with a park view. It is a street garden with a view of the sea. The other part of the hotel is the superior apartment where you can see various dogs in the lobby. Hotel parking can only be valet parking, a price every 4 hours, 30 dollars a day, and tip. Behind the small chapel is $ 10 during the day and $ 10 overnight (please call me Lei Feng). It's opposite the office building and it won't open on weekends. In addition, it is not recommended to choose a room with breakfast. If you choose, the hotel will provide a $ 10 voucher per person, which is applicable to the 6 restaurants downstairs, it is better to eat it yourself. I booked a room with breakfast, but the breakfast information was not tied to the room number, order number or the person who booked it. It is randomly bound to the person who stays. The hotel didn't find my breakfast, and Ctrip didn't find it. I saw it at check-out and gave a day of vouchers. I went to buy bread for lunch.

Very good five star hotel. Good location, surrounded by high-rise apartments and glass office buildings. If you need to drive in and out of the parking lot multiple times by car, it is recommended to use the hotel's Valet, which costs slightly more than US $ 48 a day, but unlimited access, only need to call 10 minutes before the car. If you only need to go in and out once, you can self-park. There are only a few street parkings around the hotel. The room is large and the facilities are fully functional. The toilet is separated from the wet and dry, which is very user-friendly. The pool area service is in place, you do n’t need to worry about it during the whole process, just enjoy it ~ the food is very delicious, I ordered three dishes, everything was delicious

Stayed here 2 nights post cruise and we simply loved it--5 min walk from the beautiful Brickell shopping center. The best part of this hotel is the pool area without a doubt--its stunning with great service and a gorgeous pool where children are most welcome. The main lobby bar is a slight let down for us and looks a little dated but still nice. Rooms again are nice but in comparison with other 5 star properties in Miami are showing signs of age. Breakfast however in Le Mar is spectacular with simply beautiful food and if you eat outdoors the views are magnificent.

I'm giving my experience a 5 star review because of Peter and his welcoming energy! He was fabulous and super helpful during our entire stay. The only negative experience would be the super thin walls. I could hear conversations (and other activities) from my neighbors on both sides of the wall. I stayed on the 15th floor. Hotel is in great location - walking distance to coffee, convenience stories and great restaurants in Brickell Village. Bed and pillows comfortable. My only suggestion would be to add a rack or shelf in the shower to hold soap, shampoo, etc. Quick and great valet service.

really wanted to like this hotel. It promotes itself to be a modern minimalist boutique hotel. $275 for 1 night. When you pay $275 you expect better quality. This place was closer to a roadside motel than modern downtown hotel. Cons: No lamps in the room Wifi super slow (like dial up) or non-existent. TV sporadic reception. Mostly fuzz. AC (window based) didn't work. No freon. And filthy. Room was 80-82 degrees, while the A/C was set to 64 for 5 hours. Drain in shower not properly sealed. Towel holder may have fallen off of wall. Initial room didn't have city view. Couldn't enjoy city view once sun came up since the AC didn't work. Front desk staff lacks sympathy, empathy or desire to fix problems. Front desk staff will blame you for short comings of facility - mostly because they offer no refunds. But it's not like they have to offer a full refund. She could have offered She could have offered to extend check out by 2 hours. Or offer $30 or $50 for my trouble. Or a $10 Starbuck's gift card. I used their facility. I wouldn't want a full refund. But sheesh! Act like you care that things didn't go well. Or just give me a $5 breakfast sandwich or something. The whole avoiding a refund doesn't have to be so drastic that no consideration is shown for the inconvenience. Room service provided by another party was closed at 0900 on 12/31/2021. So no breakfast. The A/C tech showed up at 0906 AM. Didn't know how to fix the A/C. He cleaned the filter. The unit itself still dirty. And increased the fan speed. That isn't how these things work. Increasing the fan speed doesn't make the air any colder. Another call to front desk. This time I'm asking why she's so resistant. I'm asking about the background of the hotel. Like does she or her parents own it? Is that why she's so non-chalant? At 0930 - She agrees to exchange the A/C unit. 0956 new unit works great. Check out is at 1100. But I needed that 1 hour of actually cold air. Pros: Location Eclectic decor City view The only decent customer service was an attempt to find me someplace to eat once it was discovered that the second party room service didn't start until noon. And after I badgered her, she had the A/C changed out. No readings on this one. But works a heck of a lot better than the last. ------------------------------------- Narrative: I arrived in the middle of the night after a
