Stay was generally good overall, they allowed early check in as rooms were available when we arrived which is a plus, only thing is wifi isn’t great kept disconnecting. Overall it’s a good hotel and in a more quiet part of downtown not too far from port of Miami.

Our family stayed in the heart of Miami, and we got to see the beautiful Miami Beach from here. It was also convenient to have a microwave in the hotel room.

Anonymous UserRoom: Large and spacious, well maintained and clean. Room was cleaned on a daily basis, and fresh towels given daily. We were staying next to the gym and pool area, and unfortunately it was quite noisy at time. We were happy to have a balcony, however, there was no view from it at all as it was blocked. Room was quite dark, could have done with some more light fixtures. Big TV in room, however, even though it is a smart TV, it doesn’t connect to devices. Bring a HDMI cable if you want to stream shows.
Pool and gym: Larger than the images, quiet in the morning but busy around midday to afternoon. Not very many sun loungers, but pool area and pool itself was clean and there were plenty of complimentary pool towels, although they run out when it is busy. Limited facilities at the gym, just a couple of treadmills and weights. One of the treadmills was broken, but gym towels were provided, and the area feels new and clean.
Staff: Front desk were always very helpful, and available. We did have to ask twice about replacing toilet roll and towels, however it was sorted, even though it was late at night.
Location: Very central, walking distance to all the Brickell city centre cafes and restaurant. Close to transport links which take you around Miami from Brickell Station. Surrounding area felt safe, especially as two young women travelling.
Bar located on the 24th floor has great views and a great area to work or grab a drink. Although it is part of a different hotel, staff were very happy to give us access to visit it.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo, would really recommend, and it is great value for money.

Guest UserThe room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. However, the airport shuttle only starts at 7 AM, so we missed it for our early flight. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride to the airport. The pool was closed.

Decent Stay, but Be Prepared for Aircraft Noise. The location of Staybridge Miami Airport is convenient—very close to the airport and easy for early flights or quick layovers. However, the hotel sits right at the end of one of the runways, so you will hear airplane noise throughout the day. If you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this is something to keep in mind.
Overall, the property is fine for short stays, especially if proximity to the airport is your priority, but the constant aircraft noise may not make it ideal for longer visits or those seeking a quiet environment.

Ruby8383The only reason I picked this hotel was its proximity to the airport and the fact that it's one of the few with a 24-hour free airport shuttle. Most hotels in the US are overpriced and rundown; this one felt like an old cucumber trying to pass for fresh, but you can't hide its age. Overall, it was acceptable, definitely meeting a 3-star standard. I slept quite comfortably, and the soundproofing was good enough that I couldn't hear planes taking off or landing. There's a small shop in the lobby selling snacks and Starbucks coffee, which is convenient. Also, here’s a map to the airport shuttle after you arrive: once you grab your luggage, just cross the road to the hotel shuttle pick-up point and look for the bus with the Sheraton logo.

Anonymous UserPlease do NOT take breakfast, limit options & taste bad. The cleaner din vacuum the floor & the bed is soft ,not suitable for people who has back problems. There is a shuttle bus from and to the airport but it is always late & passed me by.

文A good hotel with good environment, hygiene and service. When booking the hotel, we indicated that we can check in after 3 pm. We arrived early at 11 am. If the store was not going to allow early check-in, we would store the luggage and go out to play. They just moved in without a word. In particular, I want to say that the hotel's mattresses are moderately soft and comfortable. If there are any disadvantages, it is far from the city and the beach.

Guest UserThe bathroom in room 418 is the smallest one i have ever seen The. Front of the toilet to the front of the sink is about 14” in between the 2. The side of the toilet is about 14” from the door. If you drop something you have to open the door and step out to get it. Uncomfortable and hard to use. I’m not a large person. Location is great

I wanted a hotel that would be close to airport in order to catch an early flight the next day and reasonably priced. I had just arrived back from cruise so I wouldn’t be able to check-in until 4pm. However, I explained my situation and they were able to accommodate me with an early check-in. However, there was an additional charge but I didn’t mind. Cruises arrived around 8 am so I was happy with getting a room to relax. Staff was very nice and professional. Front desk, bartenders and cleaning staff. I would definitely recommend this location.
